-5	[Update] Finished my report: Protecting and Promoting the Human Rights of Men and Boys. Bonus: I also made a submission to the UN I’m so confused as to why you believe this to be needed. You do not include a section explaining the reason for the existence of this report. I read the full introduction and it does a terrible job at being an intro : I have no idea what the issues are and why this paper exists after reading it. So. Why does this paper exist?
