1	Oregon State - males can't suffer stigma just because they aren't protected equally I'm not sure what point you're trying to make but the law is clear. This ruling was not done out of discrimination. It's just the way the law works. When you sue, you are seeking restitution/compensation for wrongdoing. You can't sue simply because a law is unconstitutional or discriminatory. You have to be able to prove that you were actually "injured" by that law. Let's say a law is passed that prohibits black people from dining in a restaurant. A random black person who has never been to a restaurant cannot sue, a black person who goes to a restaurant and is served like anyone else cannot sue.
