Slide 5 makes a good point. When women talk about supposedly doing all the house work, they tend to only include things like cooking and cleaning. They don't include things like mowing the lawn, shoveling the driveway, walking the dog, etc.

I was reading the source too, and he says that Uganda was one of the few places in Africa the C-section was practiced, and that sometimes the woman survived. He never says the women always survived, only that he observed one instance where they did.

Because battlefield deaths aren't the same as civilian deaths. Unfortunately sometimes male civilians are killed in war under the pretext of them being suspected partisans.
