I never claimed you should take responsibility. It was more an argument against trying to equalize every single issue between men and women. Are you referring to modern domestic relationships? First result on google said 1/4 women will be physically abused, 1/7 men will be. I was mostly referring to history. The Mongolian empire killed 10% of the worlds population. That was men killing men women and children, and raping the ones they didn't kill. That is not reciprocal

Its funny, in another msm I just read, it said it was fact that women doctors choose more emotionally rewarding specialties like family medicine, pediatrics, ob/gyn due to female inclinations while not surgery because its hard and stressful. I was being facetious. But Im sure these boy's culture did play a significant role in this specific scenario. They were from an island of 900 people with same heritage and social structure. Every night stranded they prayed and played music. Im sure it was ingrained in them since birth to take care of each other.

Why. I really dont get this need to make underage boys and girls the same. Girls are obviously more vulnerable. On a dare, I got a blow job from a street prostitute at 14. Besides a story for a few weeks it had no effect on me. It wasnt a big deal. I have had plenty of healthy relationships since.

I guess maybe it is my ignorance since im paid fairly well. I dont have a problem with my girlfriend making as much as she can. We have talked about her taking a year off if we have kids, but I want her to pursue any and all career goals she has. I am not threatened by that, maybe thats because im pretty career driven myself and the role of "providing" is a non issue, im frugal as shit and save all my money. No one is going to bed hungry if either of us stops working.

Where do you work where men are called useless? As a 30ish programmer, I feel in no way oppressed. And I hope my wife is strong and has passions. If I am going to talk to them every day for 60 years, they better be interesting. And just a personal experience, but it is ridiculous the amount of sexual harassment my girlfriend has to put up from doctors and patients. It is a regular occurrence. Iv never had to deal with anything like that.

I would disagree. Obviously there is a huge amount of exceptions, but giving birth to something creates a bond that evolution has shaped for millions of years.
