A bit of a negative outlook. But girls can freely give numbers out without having to reject someone face to face. Its a safety measure, ghosting someone after being polite and giving out a number is way easier, and thus much more likely to happen. Its all a numbers game. Literally.

How long have they been together? Anything on the profile to indicate that its recently active? (Job listed, identifiable pictures like birthdays or holidays?) Just because youve seen them on tinder doesnt mean they are active and using it. Approach the subject with caution, but approach it.

Go to the bathroom and find a mirror. Raise your right hand and place it infront of you elevated but still on the mirror. Make sure youre standing a little bit back from the mirror so your arm is angled forward. Enjoy your self high five.

Already been said, but improving your life will accomplish both of these things. Being healthy, mind and body, and happy in your own skin will accomplish more.

As with all things in life this is a learning experience. She approached you, so thats an obvious indicator of interest. Thats a good sign, like someone else said shes probably scared to death. This is where you learn from this experience. If that ever happens again you turn and take her number instead. Itll double as a motivator because youll know she wants to be contacted, and also avoids putting you in a situation where youre wishing she would call you. Hope this helps Tl;dr learn learn learn…

Take sex out the equation. Just becomes a regular conversation! "Ive been to a tonne of restraunts" "Oh wow whats your favourite type of food?" "Whats the best/worst food youve had?" "How spicy can you go?" "Do you like to eat out? " Now swap in the sex "Who was your favourite?" "Whats the best youve had?" "Whats the worst youve had?" "How kinky do you go?" "Do you like to eat out?" Easy shit test avoided, actually leads to some fun conversations Edit: formatting

Think a lot of people are being overly focused on wether shes telling the truth or not. Doesnt matter the outcome is the same. The point of this post is to show that yes, sometime you do everything right and still lose, thats life. And to be ok with that.

I too suffer from this. Read around inner game and improving yourself. Big headed people who love themselves get a bad rap. But i look at this way If you dont love yourself, who else will? Like being a salesman you have to believe in the product youre selling. You sound like youre having some depression/anxiety symptoms around lack of self esteem (as i myself have). Im by no means a professional, and im not qualified in the slightest to diagnose that, i just know from my own similar feelings.

Its around the time you ask yourself this question :) I follow the "fuck yes or no" thinking. I have enough self worth to know that she should responsive and excited to see me. Just as i am excited to see her. If its not like that then its time to next

I'm new to self help books but I picked up Paul mckenna influence and charisma and it's a game changer.

In what respect? I really enjoy reading about charisma and influence techniques and have really improved my life as a result. I just find some aspects of 100% woman focused seduction a little cheesy. Is the book more about inner game or just focused on "how to get that 10"?

Poke till 6, then proactively gank and look for kills. Sometimes you just need to flash gold card, those opportunities won't come to you. Interperate as you wish.

To be honest my pulls are few and far between that I just take them home anyway. My mum is aware that im a single guy in his mid 20's, gets a few hurtful comments in where she can, then the awkwardness is gone.
