Shit tests and banter have a lot in common. They also both have a lot in common with the physical play fighting you do as a kid. You give a light jab to test limits/reactions and if both respond well to eachothers jabs, they build a better connection. If one overreacts or does something really wierd, over time you stop playing with them.

I have a friend who is like this. He was a guy only playing trumpet and games untill he finished high school and went to the army. Then he started lifting extremely seriously. Putting his workouts, nutrition and sleep on top of everything else. He is an alright guy, and is now incredibly fit with low body fat on top of being tall. However, as he has never done anything that really requires good coordination, he is really robotic in everything he does. Whenever we are doing any sort of throwing…

I understand that, but soda, Mc'Donalds, chips and shitty foods is more of a problem. If estrogen was the sole reason, every women in the world bar a few % would be overweight. As toyotafan74 is saying, being fat causes more estrogen and less T as well. So it's a downward spiral once you get fat. You store even more fat, you lose even more muscle and you become less masculine in a repeating cycle.

That's not because it's a GMO, it's because it's from a farm. All farms spray their shit, GMO or not.

The hormons probably matter, but the fact that people are generally just overweight and unhealthy probably matters a lot more. Overweight men have more estrogen than fit men. In USA about 60% are considered overweight. That is fucking insane.

My father have been hiring people and working as a project manager for esentially his entire professional life. He is also a mentor for younger guys. His two most important pieces of advice: 1. Switch jobs at least every 3 years. 2. Learn to say no. If you say yes to everything, more will be expected of you. You're less likely to get a promotion/salary rise and when you first say no because you're drowning in work, your boss will get angry. Because he's followed this himself, he is constantly be…

It's because you have been taught that shallow = bad. You are just as fucking shallow yourself. It's human nature. It's our instict and it's absolutely fucking fine that way. What you have to do is find your path. What do you want to do? Set goals. Work on yourself, do interesting stuff and stop caring. If you're having fun and doing well in life, why give a shit if it's all because your looks/money/status/social skills/big dick/luck/whatever. Do you want to fuck girls because you want to be nic…

Just working out without prohormones into your body you obviously have no idea about is also a good way to fix them. I highly doubt anyone who are either fat/obese or skinnyfat/anorectic know anything about steroids, how to dose them, how it affects you, how you cycle and how you do PCT. It can easily fuck them up if they do it wrong. Learn to lift the weight. Learn to eat. Learn to sleep. Then after a few years of doing that they can consider steroids.

D) You are doing cardio for a bunch of workouts. Been a swimmer. Once you get good you start training 10-12 times a week. 3 of the sessions included lifting and some included body weight work like push ups, sit ups, pull ups etc... Lifting more than 5 times a week is pretty pointless unless you are on steroids, but your body can handle cardio twice a day every single day of the week without problems.

A lot of weight loss studies don't equate for calories. If I eat 200 grams of broccoli vs 200 grams of broccoli a day and don't count my calories I am most likely going to eat less calories than I would normally do. Why? Because the fiber is filling and I'm most likely going to be eating less. Here is an article on why counting calories(or actually counting macros) mattered more than eating "healthy" foods. As I stated above, some foods affect your metabolism more than others, so they would affe…

This is wrong. However, 100kcals might not actually be 100 kcals in. Some foods are more thermogenic than others, meaning you burn extra calories from eating them (does not necessarily mean you burn more calories than the item contains). Chilli, dark chocolate and fiber rich foods are all thermogenic. Eating protein takes between 25-35 kcals per 100kcal to digest and get into your system etc... Carbs are typically 5-15kcals per 100 kcal. Fats are usually the same as carbs. If you even have any r…

This is really why you can't "hate" or disagree with TRP. It's about working on yourself to become a better man. Some people here hate women for their nature. Like hating water for being wet. They actually hate themselves because they spent years of their lives doing stuff that actively worked against their goals i.e being a nice guy.

The rush is different. Now I get more of a rush because I was a complete baller and did everything right, rather than my old "oh shit I am lucky, I can't believe I got this girl". It just feels so good to get in the flow, day everything right, respond perfectly to every shit test and make the girl almost begging you to rip off her panties and fuck her brains out. Now I get more of a rush because of the power rather than just the sex.

Being nice and being a nice guy is not the same. Being nice as some form of currency to expect sex or feelings in return is being a nice guy. Being nice because why not is something completely different. You can be an "asshole" and nice at the same time without being a nice guy.

If you think about it we are just as shallow. You would rather fuck a young woman with nice tits, a hot body and a pretty face who works at McDonald's than an older one with a Ph.D who is average looking. Stop hating women for what is their true nature. It's like hating water for being wet because you originally thought water was dry.

The best response to nearly any LMR is to de-escelate a few steps as a "punishment" for the resistance and tease her. Next time you reach the same point of either taking of her bra, panties, whatever she is most likely not going to put up any resistance. If you are good enough at teasing and holding back, you probably won't get any LMR or resistance anyway. I've never experienced it with any girls I've ever had sex with because I LOVE to tease and make her crave me before I take the next step. T…

TRP is a tool box. It's the user that decides how to use it. Women like winners, good physique, confidence, competence and leaders. How you become those things is completely up to you. If you have only read posts and comments, you don't really know what TRP is. The sidebar is the core of TRP. It's very tough to "agree" with at first because it goes against anything and everything you've learned about women and sexual attraction. It's tough for a lot of people to swallow that they are not a speci…

It takes a bit of time. I do dynamic warm ups before every session, including squatting with a rubber band around my legs, sitting in a squat as deep as possible while slightly pushing my knees out with my elbows and doing lunges twisting towards my body at the bottom. I do some more as well, but these help open up my hips and stretch my main weak points. I've added quite a lot of extra depth since I started with the warm ups about 6 months ago.

If you are on a cut your main concern is eating less calories than you burn, not whetever you are eating your all your carbs 2 hours before training and nothing the rest of the day. I you eat more carbs at one point of the day,you are more likely to overfill your muscle glycogen and store some as fat then later burn that fat because you need more calories than you stored in your muscles for an entire day. If you spread it more out you don't store as much in your fat cells. Yes, you will burn les…

It was pretty obvious that we were talking about testosterone.
/r/TheRedPill10/02/17 04:18 PM

A steroid is a hormone. Creatine is used to produce ATP which is an extremely energy rich phosphate binding. Hormones are signals. Creatine, just like protein, carbs, fats and all micronutrients are just building blocks and can't be comparerd.
/r/TheRedPill10/02/17 09:49 AM
5

Creatine also lets your muscles store more water which is anabolic in itself.
/r/TheRedPill10/02/17 09:43 AM
6

This is wrong. As long as your muscle glycogen levels are not full, most of it will be stored as muscle glycogen before being stored in fat cells. It's not like your body is going to take glycogen from muscles and store it as fat. It does that if your muscle glycogen levels are already full and you eat carbs, just like pooring water into a full glass

Sounds like you are making progress. A great way to get more comfortable with kino while still being playfull is to to a thumb war, read her palm, grab her hand and say you want to look at her ring/nail polish/tattoo or any other thing you can seem interested in. Just make sure to be firm and in control. Same thing can be done with ear rings by taking the hair behind her ear and gently touching it. People who are actually raped usually get scarred for life and never talk about it. The new "I had drunk sex and I regret my stupid decisions rape" is not actual rape. It's just used to get attention, score social points and be in an "opressed" group.

Luckily I have three people who always sits in our study group. They take themselves so damn seriously, explain themselves all the time when someone throws a playfull jab at them and just generally lack social finesse. Indeed. It took me quite a few lays before I stopped getting proud after fucking a girl. It's all about abundance mentality. Smart people doesn't have to say they are smart. Fit people doesn't have to say they are fit. Men who are good with women doesn't have to say they are good with women.

His point is that you should be able to live a fulfilling life without the women, not go full MGTOW. If you have had enough women you will stop putting them on a pedestal and prioritize differently. This itself turns women on and makes it easier for you to get more women. It's like a snowball. Once you got it to a decent size, it's easy to keep it rolling, increasing in size with little added effort.

There's obviously a lot of liars, but you are using the statistic wrong here. Assuming an actual rape with no witnesses, a word against word situation would more than likely end in in no punishment, unless one part admits guilt. If you have no evidence you back up your claim, you can't really make a case. The dangerous thing here is that rape is getting pressured into being an exception from that from the media and feminists. However , a lot of word against word situations are drunk sex after a …

One of the reasons humans grew into such a strong species is that we can eat almost anything. Another reason is that we learned how to cook and process food so it was easier digested. Most other animals spends hours a day eating. Our system is programmed to get nutrition out of food. If our body gets the nutrition it needs, it works perfectly fine. Our body does not discriminate between an apple and a fat, greasy burger. All it does is break down the food and take out the nutrition. Now if you g…

I've got a friend who is 5'6. He never had any issues with getting girls. He is charismatic, always been relatively athletic, but not buff. His girlfriend is hot, submissive and honestly bags of fun. I'm not that tall myself with my 5'9, but my charisma, teasing, pushing and pulling and especially my eye contact is something that puts me apart from the rest guys. I've never been on a tinder date where women seem to care that I am a little short, maybe apart from their first impression.

Why even marry in the first place? What does it accomplish? My parents are divorced, my mom three times. Our neighbours back home have been togheter for 25 years. Never married. I talked about marriage with one of my plates ones, and her reasoning for wanting to get married was the day itself. Nothing else. She just wanted to be the queen of a huge party, with lots of expensive shit. This is from a girl that I consider having a very reasonable way of thinking.

Before the very right wing party "Sverigedemokraterna" grew forward, the word integration was essentially taboo. It's caused the police to entierly lose control over 15 cities. It's because of faggots being afraid of making decisions that MIGHT offend somebody. Cause we all know that offending someone is worse than preventing your cities turning into apeshit, lawless ghettoes!

Yeah, Swedes are known for this both politically and in work enviourments. They are known for including everyone on every single decision. At work they might include people who aren't even part of a project to agree on decisions. If everyone doesn't agree, it's back to the drawing board. Not offending anyone and not having anyone disagree with any decision is number one priority!

It might be pedantic, but I would'nt say that the world uses men in particular. The world takes advantage of the weak and a lot of men happen to be raised into weak people. 40% protein is excessive. 0.7-1g per lb of bodyweight(lower if you are trained, higher if you are untrained) is enough. This is because the body gets more and more effective at maintaining your muscles during a workout, so you essentially use your protein more effective. Anything that tells you that you need more is most likely research fueled by the supplement industry. Somewhere between 20-30% protein is sufficient. My theory, both from experience and logic, is that 6-7 gets hit on the most because they are "hot enough" but not scary hot. For most guys a 10 is too hot to talk to, they get nervous. So 6-7s think they are valued higher than they actually are. If you tease a 10, don't be suprised if you are giving her the time of her life. Most guys don't have the confidence to tease a 10, just like most people wouldn't tease and play with their favorite actor, singer or sport star if they met him.

Wake up and have a big bowl of genetics with a small genetics bar on the side, they fill their face up with half a gallon of fizzly genetics before they take their genetics to work. When they get to work they take the genetic up to 2nd floor, while getting a fresh cup of 2/3 genetics and 1/3 coffee with some freshly baked genetics, topped with genetics to shove into their mouth. After 5 more cups of gen…

No... An internet show back home. He got her on a hotel with her friend for a weekend. The day after Real played their match that week they met. If nothing happened and he was gay she would'nt have giggled and blushed like she did. It's the same giggle and blush every single women do after they've had sex with an alpha and they get asked about it.

How I know? The girl was all over the media a few days after it happened. The girl got on a tier 2 internet show and was interviewed there. She giggled and blushed like a fucking 12 year old every time the host asked what they did, just like women do after they have gone to pound town with an alpha after a dry spell. He started by liking a picture of her on Instagram before initiating contact. She described him as "very direct and he was a man that knew what he wanted" followed by a huge blush. …

The part about looking at weights was a hyperbole. I would also say that the fact that a lot of AA people lack education is a huge contributor to an unhealthy lifestyle, obesity etc... And not because of genetics. Have you made fried chicken and seen how much of the fat that gets absorbed by the flour? The deep frier is frequently used by poor people in America. Combine that with sugary drinks and the fact that a lot of them drive everywhere they go and never excercise and you get obese people. …

"But there are no genetic or biological strenghts, everyone, men, women, hispanic, whites, asians and so on are all the same biologically on the inside". This is one of the things I hate THE MOST about living in a SJW filled country. There is a reason for nearly every good sprinter on the…

As someone living in Europe the bad part really isn't the immigrants. It's how the goverment and media handles everything revolving around them. It's horrible. They don't give the immigrants any requirments, as that would be racist. They shove the bad stuff they do under the rug(like the Cologne mass rapes). They let them roll all over us with their culture and they don't even try to integrate them. The ones who get integrated do so because of their want so themselves. Imagine if the goverment a…

There is a big difference between physical and psychological addiction though. Also, I would'nt really say that you are just dependant on something if you do it every single day and normal body functions, erection in this case, stops working while you are healthy and young. It's okay to gain fat, just cut and every now and then. If you train to look good 100% of the time, getting up to that first solid muscle base will take forever. If you are skinny, like I was when I started lifting, just get strong and gain some fat first. Your muscles will grow fast and cutting down if you have previously been skinny is incredibly easy.

Yes. Always escelate. Touch her. Give her light, teasing pushes when she teases you, play fucking thumb war for a minute, read her palm, put her loose hair behind her ear etc... It doesn't always have to be sexual. You telling her mind that thr two of you are touching each other a lot will make it easier when it comes to sexual escelation such as kissing, removal of clothes, grabbing boobs etc...

It's all in your head. You are making the kiss a big deal so it becomes a big deal for her aswell. Just go for it. She would'nt be going on dates with you if she didn't want it herself, unless you want too long. Next time you want to kiss her, just kiss her. Also, if you aren't already good at it, practice maintaining eye contact and enjoying silence. The correct combination of the two can really spike up the sexual tension.
