It's a real struggle that certain people can have and I feel like a lot of content online focuses on execution from the perspective of already knowing/having an understanding of how to speak to women. If the facial hair looks bad, keep it short, the nose, I imagine, is nowhere near as bad as you think, and the rest of your face likely didn't change due to puberty, so I'm sure you still have the potential to look great.
