| 5 | How do I make eye contact or how do I train myself to, well, do itI'd say what I did was I looked at images of people in the eyes first then when I felt comfortable with the idea of looking at people in the eyes I would start looking at the people in the eyes when having a conversation then I would go to a public area and start looking at people at the mall.
