The immediacy of her weight loss after she moved out and the fact that she's kept it off for two years are both very positive indicators. Is she staying true to her diet? Is she still exercising regularly? Any backsliding will be caused by her not staying true to her diet and/or exercise regimen, so you should be able to catch it early. 1	How do I Not Give Off a Beta Vibe? You need to find an Alpha frame that you are comfortable with. I'm 6'1/150 and have always had a lot of energy in social interactions, so the "dark, intimidating, don't fuck with me"-frame isn't an option. "I'm the life of the party and everybody loves me" works splendidly for me though. 2	'Feminist Frank' is literally the Blue Pill meme. I'd say it is more about how he says it, rather than what he says. If he'd say it with the right tonality, really selling the "faux-sexist" start before twisting it around to the radfem ending and making it obvious that it is a joke - leaving whether he actually believes it or not ambiguous - I think it could be successful.
