Agree that personal experiments are the best as everybody has a different body - but I just saw a few days ago a video from Athlean X Jeff Cavaliere about this topic and that you can work them out everyday. Actually this rule isn’t a tricky as followed for abs. Your abs are working literally all the time so they can take more abuse. it’s encouraged to work them out everyday

What I learned after going to school twice is; all you have to do is look up what courses you’ll be learning and then teach yourself those subjects. Save tens of thousands of dollars, save 2-4+ years of your life, and actually have practical experience. Source: went to college twice and ended up in a trade. Only regret is I wish I did it sooner

Not too sure why people are jumping you for this but I agree. There’s a fine grey area where things can become a problem but not if you have self control. Not entirely. This isn’t saying to avoid to women in general and that every single woman out there is bad- but what it is saying is that; there is a large amount of men who surrender their whole lives to please their wives when their wives barely do anything for them.
