2	Bullied at Work As a woman myself (with the patience of Job), having faced similar issues, I suggest you ask the doers a genuine question when they treat you like this: "What does my gender have to do with anything?" (don't place emphasis on any particular word at this time, read it like a boring test question) They'll give you what they think is a reasonable response, full of facts they got from a biased source, and expect that they won.
