Maybe identify why it bothered you so much - were you worried about his safety? Were you worried he was doing something not respectful to your relationship -flirting/cheating (do you not trust him, that’s a whole other issue)? Did you have to pick up his slack around the house? Did you have trouble sleeping without him? ***do you have any past experiences playing into your reaction? Once you identify what it is exactly about him staying out all night then you can communicate from that place and …

Why are you still interacting with him?

I personally wouldn’t make it a super huge thing, like overtly ending the relationships - why burn bridges if you don’t have to. That being said, just start distancing naturally, stop going out with them and focus your energy on what feels good for you. They may adapt and they may grow up too in which case you’re going to be really grateful to have them in your corner, and if not, you can support from afar

Still deeply infatuated with my husband - together for 13 years, married for 10. 3 kids later. We make an effort, we prioritize eachother and our relationship, we prioritize great sex and quickies when we don’t have time, as well as time that’s just the two of us - ski dates when the kids are in school, weekend getaways whenever we can etc. I make an effort to maintain my appearance/weight, have learned to give great blowjobs and keep up on things that are interesting to him. I know he does a lo…

Why would he pay you to model and give you rights to the photos? He wouldn’t get anything out of that transaction. Typically if you’re modeling the photographer will have all rights to the pictures and can publish them as they want.

There’s a lot of different factors in there - biggest one that comes to mind is that couples who are more religious are more likely not to live together to before marriage and more likely not to divorce (does not necessarily mean they’re more likely to be happy though, they just have a lot of different social pressure to not divorce). I personally think it would be really hard to be sure about marrying someone I didn’t live with…

You need to go to a fertility specialist. It could be a really easy fix or supplement, but 3 years of trying if you’re in the right age range and then an ectopic pregnancy means something is off…

‘Hold onto your nuts’ by Wayne Levine. Titles a bit crass but the content is really good. Quick, easy read.

I think it sounds like he’s wondering whether or not you plan to continue working once you’re married/have kids or if you're hoping to find a husband that can/will support you.

Then are you meeting new people regularly? Do you go to group events with friends/friends of friends to expand your circle? Take classes or participate in intramural sports with new people?

In labor with my first, I was told that it wasn’t real labor and to go home. When I said that the pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep they gave me an ambien and sent me on my way. 4 hours later, thinking I was going to die in my bathtub, because they told me the pain would get worse, he was born.

My child free friends are some of my best babysitters, because they’re refreshed and not sleep deprived lol. Child free doesn’t necessarily mean that they hate children, I think the reddit hive mind may indicate that but irl It doesn’t hold up.

Ok I’m a bit late to the game - but I am a certified sex therapist please don’t do the no-fap or sex addiction treatment. Masturbation is fine a a coping skill - as long as it’s not your only one and it’s not impacting your functioning. Since you sound like you could use some work with impulse control and utilizing your other coping skills more I would recommend checking out the AASECT (American association officials sex educators counselors and therapists) website to find a certified sex therap…

It doesn't have to be a formal, sit down discussion. Just when he's doing something you like, tell him (sexily) ie- I like that, that's going to make me cum, slower/faster, ect.

Check out flylady.net I've been getting into her routines and my house is looking great. Every morning: make the bed, do a load of laundry, wipe the bathroom counter and toilet, when I'm in the shower wipe that down as well. Then each week of the month I focus on a different area of the house: this week is front porch/entrance and dining room, I do 15 min a day of either decluttering in the area or a deep cleaning task (today I washed the walls and doors). Each day also has a quick 10min weekly …

That depends heavily on his business/industry. My husband usually gives his companies 4-5months to start turning a profit. But some industries- like restaurants just hope to break even the first two years. I would ask him what he thinks a reasonable timeframe is, assuming he's done some research into his business proposal, he should be able to give an estimate.

One other thing you might want to discuss in terms of you providing financial support would be a timeline. I say this as someone whose husband has started multiple companies in the time we've been together. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, but we always have a "if this isn't profitable in x amount of months we need to cut our losses and you need to get a 'real' job."
