How crazy . Your situation is so similar to mine. I have to tell you I am sorry your going through this and I don't think she gives a flying duck about you or anyone Except herself . I am having a hard time excepting that they prob never cared in the fist place and here we are in such anguish trying to stuff our hurt down to somehow make it work it . Yes, I would speak to a professional. It comes out in different ways with different people . Bi polar sounds very accurate to what you describe. She probably has very little recollection of what she did. I would do some research about how to approach it and gently push her to a professional for a proper diagnosis. Kudos to you for taking it with strides and handling it with love. I know it can be hard to keep cool when your hurt.

If you were contemplating , and are ready then do it . No need to be miserable or depressed. You can only control yourself . I held on for so long because I wanted to stay true to my vows but I learned no matter how much I wanted it I can't control my STEX . I can only control myself and my efforts and it's a two way street. It gets worse before it gets better then it gets great ! Just keep going and do everything with good intentions you can go wrong . Your right . Guess it's good that I got myself professional therapy to help understand why I'm such a magnet for these types. Not all men cheat . Crappy they both went on to cheat on their next ones they both were diagnosed as sex addicts. We can only control ourselves that's for sure .
