1	Why We Need Gender Roles I agree with most everything minus the part about men determining gender roles and some smaller details. Ultimately it isn't men who decided that women should be submissive and desire to be dominated. No more so did women choose to make men dominate and masculine. Nature decided this, not man. We currently are looking at the remnants of what works in nature- in the most pure definition of nature. We needed strength to tame the lands and we needed nurture to build ourselves.
