2	Boys are human I would argue that men have more body issues than women. Ladies, your breast size and waist line are a matter of public record. You can wear clothing that emphasizes you physical attributes, but you really can't hide them. Men, your dad bod is out there for all to see to an extent, but height and penis size (both things women harshly judge us on) can be fudged until the clothes come off.
