1	Too much alpha, not enough beta? Ok, so I'm not totally nuts/alone when I say it's hard for me to pick up. That feels a bit better. The positive reinforcement is definitely something I don't do enough. I'm going to double down on that. I don't get angry if she doesn't grab me a snack or pick up laundry or anything like that, in fact I like to demonstrate she's not relied on or needed for me to get things done Like that. 1	Too much alpha, not enough beta? You've hit the nail on the head with how I feel I've been acting with her. I've tried picturing the captain/1st mate template and I have trouble imagining it in my head, I always have. I've read about it a hundred times on here but just couldn't wrap my head around it.
