Yep, 100% agree with you. This is why I wanted to see OP's data as it would be very interesting. I said this in another post on this thread Men tend to be more willing and assertive in asking for a pay rise than women are - which will create a pay gap (just not a pay gap anyone should attribute to sexism).

There is a huge pay gap in many countries (but I don't believe anyone would argue against this). And yes you are completely correct that earnings gaps exist in the USA/UK etc - and that there are many well explained and fair reasons for this. Are you saying the pay gap is 0%? Or not statistically significant? I assume this is USA figures as worldwide of course it is (which is what international womens day should really be about). The reliable facts which I looked into (albeit UK figures) show a small bias towards men, though of course it is very difficult to truly account for all variables.
