4	How To Fix Your Confidence if it's Weak First point is not true. If you take the blame for everything, you will end up being unhappy. The mind works that way. It's better to say i have tried and gonna do better next time. Repeat that process. As an former anxcienty patient i strongly advise to not to take the blame and just think positive of yourself.
