I think you're failing to grasp the subject of this thread. I'm looking for actual, tangible, practical things I can do in order to take my mind off of romance. strongandhappy gave me some usable advice rather than projection.

More or less true, but for slightly less benevolent reasons than women would have you believe. Effectively, a father is the only man in a girls life who nurtures, supports and pumps resources into her while expecting absolutely nothing in return. Women are pampered by society and men in general, sure, but a father is the only male individual who directly gives a woman whatever she wants while asking nothing. Then they get out into the real world and realise that most men aren't happy to constant…

I think a lot of people have more or less had it with a specific kind of white woman: the raving SJW who lives vicariously through the suffering of actual discriminated groups to compensate for the fact that they have very little to worry about themselves. These SJWs usually like to claim that they're "bisexual" so they have an easy in to the LGBT community and are constantly "standing up" for minorities whenever someone makes a comment that could even slightly be interpreted as racist. These wh…

I can definitely taste the bitterness, but that isn't a practical solution to moving past my feelings, is it?

Women don't avoid men, they just complain about them a lot and then jump on another dick which placates them for a while until that dick up and leaves, then they repeat the process.

My mother is the one woman who I still respect. She made the same mistakes as many single mothers in feeding me endless bluepills, but she always supported and loved me and she raised me singlehandedly without relying on men for handouts. I fear that I might one day discover that she's just the same as any other woman, though, and that disturbs me.

In the words of Al Bundy, women understand women and they hate each other. It's the mistaken belief of men that women do not see their hypocrisy when, in fact, they do. They see it and they don't care because they know their true nature intimately. Their concern is mainly with convincing men and other women that there's something deeper to their identities. Other women tend to see through this ruse, and that's why they can fall out so easily. It's only weak men who fall for this shit and believe…

I'm in the same boat as you as far as being unable to resist the craving for a real LTR. I don't think it ever really goes away: people wish to understand and to be understood by others, and we all seek ourselves through relationships. That being said, it's important to remember that 99% of women are completely mercenary and unfeeling towards 90% of men. They will never love you because they are basically engineered not to. The only men they feel love for are the ones at the top of society, and …

Because even though these women wouldn't bat an eye if any of the lesser men they've rejected were to spontaneously combust, they're threatened by the idea of a movement that could potentially warp the perceptions of the men they do want to fuck.

I made the mistake of putting all my stock in a woman who I believed loved me as much as I loved her and now I'm in the same position as Hans, devoid of energy and motivation because she used and disposed of me without a second thought. Unlike Hans, however, I've been steadily getting better with therapy and the Red Pill. Hopefully I can keep on this trajectory towards being a complete person again.

Ouch
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 11:43 AM
2

So then how do you explain the proliferation of modern campaigns and cries for male sensitivity and emotionalism - both traits which traditionally denote "weak" men?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:52 AM
1

And are weak or unattractive women exempt from this need for self-improvement and assimilation in your mind?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:50 AM
2

This is an interesting viewpoint. Thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:49 AM
2

It can be subjective, but for the purposes of this argument, take it to mean any man who fails to meet traditional standards of masculinity or male beauty.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:48 AM
1

So, if this is taken at face value, do you think there's no hope for unattractive or weak men to be in a stable relationship with a female?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:47 AM
6

But you don't deny that misandry can easily play a role in the way in which women view and treat men, specifically weak/unattractive men, correct? In the same way that some men label unattractive women as feminists and disparage/humiliate them, I do not believe it's far-fetched to say that some women label unattractive men as misogynists or incels and disparage/humiliate them.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:44 AM
4

An entirely fair conclusion. I suppose weakness is a subjective quantity, be it physical, emotional, financial or social. No one likes a whiner, but is it fair to say that men are more easily written off as whiners than women?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:36 AM
4

Are you claiming that women can't harbor feelings of hatred and discrimination towards men and that they're incapable of exerting those feelings? That seems close-minded and, ironically, hyper-critical of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:35 AM
3

So you think it's more about neglect than any actual feelings of disgust or hatred? But would you argue that fat men and fat women have a similar success rate in attracting partners of the opposite sex? Because in my experience, it feels as if fat woman are able to attract men both equal to and higher than them in terms of attractiveness, whereas the same can't often be said for fat men.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:32 AM
1

Not untrue. But it could be said that you see much of a similar victim complex coming from females who feel similarly put upon by male culture. I don't think the probability of victim complexes alone is enough to dispel the notion of misandry existing within female culture just as I don't think it's enough to dispel the notion of misogyny existing within male culture.

I'd thank you to positively contribute this time. Please, elaborate on your argument in a constructive manner.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:20 AM
1

That's an interesting thought. But don't you think women are more appreciative of weakness or emotionalism in men who are conventionally attractive if only because they retain a level of value whereas unattractive men do not?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:17 AM

I believe everyone should be treated with empathy. It's not something that should be earned but, rather, something that should be given freely and pulled away when necessary. That's just my opinion, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 09:12 AM
1

The question is though, what does this improvement entail? It seems that in many cases it largely involves a complete abandonment of one's actual self in favour off becoming some generic paragon of "fuckability" who easily assimilates into some shallow, inauthentic standard of beauty for both men and women. Surely any relationship born out of this fake persona of attractiveness is one which can only last so long as you keep pretending to be someone else?

More proof that marriage is an outmoded concept that only sets couples up for failure. A gradual shift away from such traditionalist rituals could only be for the betterment of mankind.

Look, regardless of how bleak your situation might be, you have to keep in mind that there is always a hope for things to get better. Sure, they might get worse, but if you end it all today you'll never have a chance to correct that course. There are so many things you can accomplish beyond women; so many friendships you can forge. But the only way any of those opportunities will open up to you is if you find the strength of will to carry on in the face of hardship. You don't have to do it my wa…

I think the stigma is more to do with prostitution being a socially "dirty" act that many don't want to acknowledge, regardless of gender. It's "ugly" and in true societal fashion, it must therefore be pushed into a deep, dark corner and ignored or that ugliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 07:23 AM

What an utterly predictable response.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 07:11 AM

Well, I am rather bitter, but that's owed to far more than the lack of substance and personality inherent to your female archetype.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 07:08 AM

A fundamental lack of empathy that permeates female culture and social instinct. Utterly repulsive.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 06:58 AM

It seems that way. Men harbour little or no maliciousness towards weak or unattractive women, but women wouldn't bat an eye if every weak or unattractive man who doesn't provide financial support was marched off to the gas chambers. And yet they claim we are the ones who lack emotional availability.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 06:46 AM
2

If you're any indication of what waits for them at the tail end of such effort, I perfectly understand going for the prostitute instead.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 06:44 AM

There appears to be a trend of women having very little in the way of sympathy or patience for men who don't get them wet or buy things for them. A pitiful but welcome insight into their minds.

I didn't claim that people shouldn't have the right to be bigots, just that they should stop dressing it up as something noble and intellectual when it's just the result of them getting angry at the other clique on the playground.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 06:18 AM
4

At the same time, people often seek to frame bigotry and blatant aggression as exemplifying free speech and social rebellion when, in reality, it's merely the social equivalent of a tantrum.

People are more honest online. That agitation is what boils beneath the surface when freed from the trappings of social norms and the fear of ostracisation.

In that case, I don't disagree that the only chance average and unattractive men have at securing a woman is to humble themselves at her feet regardless of how she views and treats him and hope for the best.

I'm sure plenty of them will get fucked. The attractive ones, at least. They offer women the sense of social validation that only comes from engagement with a high value male regardless of his intentions. Though you seem to be a woman who values internal qualities, sufficed to say there are plenty of women who would rapidly debase themselves for men who care little for who they are or what they stand for.

You operate under the assumption that there's much of a her to get to know. Most men and women are vapid, materialistic creatures who nary have an interesting thought to share and rely entirely on modelling themselves after archetypes and social norms. To believe that you are somehow worthy of being known is folly born out of the mistaken ideal that you are a unique and engaging personality. The reason these men are only interested in sex is because they believe you have nothing else to offer th…

Why would a random man consider immediately pursuing a meaningful relationship with a woman on Tinder? What does he have to gain from committing himself to a stranger who most likely has a hundred other people vying for her and no interest in anyone who falls below her standards regardless of personality or intent?

In which case I fully support your apparent decision to pick your next partner independent of looks or financial stability.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 04:43 AM

Your genes are defective and undesirable and you're most likely not attractive enough to compensate for them. Such is the sorry state of a number of men. Do not think I'm being unsympathetic or insulting: I'm merely stating the facts as I see them with little in the way of malice fueling my comments. It's better to hear the truth from me than it is too hear a pleasant lie from a woman you've deluded yourself into thinking is "special".
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 04:42 AM
1

Then you're either a very intelligent and understanding woman or you're burying yourself in delusion. Either way, this social conditioning does exist and it rears its ugly head in many facets of heterosexual romantic and sexual relationships.

How much do they make?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 04:26 AM

You're gene trash. The best you can hope for is a parasitic relationship with a woman who will never be sexually attracted to you and who will bail once a steady income and room and board ceases to be a factor.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 04:25 AM

Not at all. Social conditioning has nothing to do with the individual. There are plenty of men and women who break free of their programming and are all the better for it. Unfortunately, they're typically in the vast minority.

Polyamory and hypergamy benefits the female sexual nature that is playing the field with as many sexually viable candidates as possible before ultimately settling down with a financially stable one when the sex appeal starts to dry up. The only men who benefit from such a system are the top 20% who said women flock to.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/17 04:19 AM

Men are conditioned to care about women as individuals with feelings and dreams who deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Women are conditioned to treat men either as chiseled sex objects or as walking ATMs. Any man who doesn't fall within one of these two categories isn't a man at all.

I don't doubt that you value personality to an extent, but you would have to be either an outlier or a flat-out liar to insist that personality is more valuable in your eyes than physical attractiveness. That's not true of men or women.

Most romantic relationships are based on the seeking of one's own pleasure as opposed to an interest in the mutual pleasure of both parties. That having been said, women tend to be the ones who more often seek their own pleasure while disregarding the welfare of their partner outside of the bedroom and the kitchen.

I believe that many who subscribe to groups end up conflating any truth said groups might have unearthed with their own sentiments and feelings. I believe that there is some truth buried in a lot of the Red Pill's arguments as I believe that there is some truth buried in the arguments of mainstream feminists. The failing is not in the initial ideas that give birth to the concept, but to the people who appropriate those ideas and twist them into weapons and safety blankets. Fantasy is born out of…

These men are disenfranchised and angry. They're bitter and scared and they're devoid of hope, and so they lash out. They babble about abusing women out of a perverse mixture of pent up sexuality and revenge fantasies. I'm not entirely sure where you inferred the word "noble" from, but this atmosphere allows them to vent and blame women for the problems confronting them. In doing so, it provides them with something greater than themselves: a cause that they can fall in line with.

some men also have mommy and breastfeeding fetishes The difference being that they are typically encouraged to keep mum about it whereas it's socially acceptable for women to post their daddy fetishes on social media.

It's just another facet of stereotypical female sexuality that can be traced back to the idea that women are to be dominated in all walks of life. The fact that so many of these supposedly strong and independent women feed into such a forfeiture of that agency is disheartening, if not entirely unexpected. Sexuality is simply beyond reason and rhetoric. It's base instinct made manifest and it doesn't comply to any ideology or conviction.

The red pill, much like feminism, is a security blanket. It provides warmth and consolation to those who have been repeatedly beset on all sides by hardship and suffering. It's a comforter for those who have been faced with the harsh inequities of society and have been unable to come to terms with those inequities alone. In the absence of anything to believe in, these people want to believe in something greater than themselves: that their problems are not their own but, rather, the fault of an u…

The suicidal and the depressed are seen as weak by society, regardless of whether they're looked upon with pity or with scorn. Weakness is an encouraged trait in women because it's considered submissive and submisiveness is seen as desirable. When a woman is suicidal and depressed, society reaches out to help them with their problems because they're women and, therefore, such weakness is to be expected of them. In men, weakness is reviled and systemically destroyed by both men and women alike. T…
