Don't bother trying to save others. Out of 35k people you reach, you can maybe save 2-3 tops.

I am so SICK of people parroting the same fucking bullshit over and over again. I'm not here to educate anyone or pick fights if the bro science works but it literally used to be "1lb of lean muscle mass per 1g protein per day" then keto retards turned it into "1lb of weight to 1g protein intake" and it just kept going round and round till people started believing it. Everyone that says this fucking shit is either a fucking feather weight or never actually practiced what they preach. I'd rather …

Maybe not here at the redpill, but in the niche's I operate in it sure has. It builds familiarity. First they see me make a reddit post, maybe it's useful, funny, or shocking. Whatever. Then youtube recommends them a video. Then their brain is like "I've seen that name before!" Why would you bend the knee and work for someone else?

I'm not gonna use a website and not shill myself. Only retards use the internet for leisure. Keep being a bluepilled beta consumerist while I rake in the revenue. I get it. You probably have some office normie job where you do construction or some retarded shit. Perhaps you don't know how building a brand works. It's built through familiarity. You see a symbol, a name, etc. Maybe you get a youtube recommended video with a similar name or symbol. You put 2 and 2 together. You subscribe. You watch…

There's no option to register without verification if I use a name already taken on Reddit. It's fine I can wait for a fix. Not in any kind of hurry.

Hey lads, "https://www.trp.red/verify.php" is broken. Can't register. I just get a blank white screen. Using the latest version of Firefox with no addons. Yeah I could probably get it to work if I used a different user name but I got a brand to build and can't be assed to change it from my reddit one.

It's not just reddit either. Literally every mainstream platform will ban you over spreading truth about the dangers of the dweeb-cocktail. Reason? "Banned for harmful and misleading information." Some people just want to stay in wonderland, and the system wants to keep them there. Even if you try to privatize a community on something like Discord or other private groups these Mr. Smith office cucks will rat you out thinking they're doing the world justice. Trying to fight back just gets us canc…

If all you give a fuck about is attracting women then all you truly need are: Barbell Row Barbell Chest Press Barbell Squat Pull-ups Deadlift Seated Shoulder Press (More weight, thus, more gainz than standing press.) Power Clean Just do those for the sickest V-taper ever. Easy fast track to pussy.

Bullshit. Women are sucking cocks and wanting to get fucked as early as middle school. At least in the ghetto that's how the girls were. Could have been a 90's thing.

Pewdiepie isn't full redpill, since he went the marriage route. Expect him to get divorce raped sometime after Italy falls and she gets all emotional over some meaningless shit.

Try working a month in retail with a bad case of Bell's Palsy. Customers will treat you entirely different when half your face is drooping and you have to blink using your bicep.

At some point I honestly just stopped giving a fuck about everything. Probably due to clown world antics (shoplifters being able to just raid retail stores and employees get fired if they give the cops the bad guys license plate #.) or age. Not sure yet.

I originally found my way here long ago because I noticed a bunch of people complaining about this subreddit. Labeleing certain people as redpilled and what not. As an internet troll looking to add to my troll playbook, I was drawn here by the cries of anguish from the weak and wanted to cause similar reactions on forums, websites, video games, etc. Curious as to what all the butthurt was about I came here and started with the sidebar. I started to read "Confessions of a Reformed Incel" and that…

Redpill finance experts, what would you recommend someone do who is great at saving cash working shit dead-end jobs but has low IQ and therefore no capacity for education? Example is having $50k in the bank, no debts, a beater car, lives in a van to save rent costs, eats on the turbo cheap, has a side hustle of youtube, but lacks capacity for math education and therefore cannot get a GED / graduate / get a college anything. You know those retards in school that just couldn't read ever? Take that…

Eat things that occur naturally and aren't processed. What do I mean? Does it grow from the ground / does it bleed / can you find it in the wild? Then it's okay to eat.

I also recommend it over military press since the only difference by standing is it hits the core, but most people I've seen that reach intermediate numbers always cheat the lift by bouncing the bar upward off their chest which defeats the whole point. My main take away is that by doing heavier lifts you grow bigger and faster for delts / tricep which for aesthetics is more important overall unless you want the bearmode look.

Eh, I say if you can, harness anger to use in the face of violence or even use violence to get things done. Having a feeling of violence hatred and rage when going for personal records at the gym, or using it when dealing with a shoplifter / criminal / scumbag. Hollywood sells this lie of being a cool collected dude that can dodge bullets and punch through walls and shit but the real power comes from pure hatred and rage. Not screaming like a little bitch but legit red flushed heart rate heighte…

I prescribe 180lbs 10% bodyfat to incels on 4chan that bitch about no gf. You can lift way more with seated press and years of tracking my gains show that when I switched to seated barbell chest presses using an incline bench I was able to lift more as well as put on more mass faster than doing a standing military press.

While strength is important, if you're going to put in the time you might as well use that time to get the ideal body composition. V-taper, low bodyfat %, etc. IMO the main lifts to achieve the ideal top 1% of aesthetics is rows, squats, bench, pull ups, deadlift, shoulder press, power clean. I know you advocate military press which is fine but I find seated presses allow for more weight which allows for bigger, faster development overall. For noobs, fatties, or the unflexible they should do lat…

This only work if you have high enough IQ and a way to pursue education so you're not stuck wagecucking in a 12+ hour job in fast food or retail. 2 hour drive to work, 12 hour shift at work minimum, 2 hour drive back, 5 hour sleep. 3 hours left to do the above. Six days a week, one day off. I did this for 13 years and now after following a shoplifter to their car to get their plate # I was fired so I've been living the neet life for 11 months now while living off savings and youtube ad revenue. …

If anyone here doesn't have the kitchen space for more gadgets or just wants to cook shit old fashioned without a rice cooker or George Foreman, I've got you covered: For white long rain rice (the cheapest rice at the store.) you want to have a 1 to 1 ratio of rice to water, but add 4oz (Or 1/2 cup) of water on top of your ratio. So 2 cups rice is 2 1/2 cups water. Take your rice, dump it in a bowl, fill the bowl with cold water and stir that shit. The water will get cloudy. Dump the rice into a…

You should only bother with video games as an adult if you plan to monetize it or are working towards monetizing it. I made $60 / hour in 2004 selling World of Warcraft and Runescape gold. That's about the salary of a pharmacist.

A lot of the younger generation put great value in someone who has a high youtube subscriber or twitch view count. It's literally every zoomer's dream to do this so if you run a successful channel say, playing vidya, you can turn a consumerist "hobby" into a productive one.

Former retail manager. Following a shoplifter 20+ feet away to write down his license plate # is considered "workplace violence" in today's society. We're supposed to just bow our heads and look the other way and let criminals walk out of the store with baskets full of televisions, hams, and packs of energy drinks. I hope these companies that made these policies all go bankrupt, and those that hold on to masculine values stay afloat. Hell, I used to do the hiring and the policies changed so much…

I always post my piece on how video games should only be played if you're making actual social interaction that leads to a goal (Like gaming with co-workers or your tribe.) or if you're making profit off the video games. (Selling the currency, items, a service, or getting donations for streaming / ad revenue from youtube.) 99% of people just use vidya to fill a void and they get nothing out of it. No friends, no social interaction, no money. Why play them if you don't benefit from them? It is qu…

Yeah maybe in older age groups. Anyone in their teens / twenties caught fucking an old man golfer is a "loser" as the zoomers say. Though I could be wrong and the script could be flipped in Cali or New York where the game is completely different.

There's always one Chad above bodybuilders / powerlifters and that's fighters. Most women would rather have a semi-jacked lean boi w/ cauliflower ear than a smooth skinned hairless roidbeast. Though every fighter I ever knew juiced anyway.

Every now and then a post rolls around how video games are bad. Yeah, no shit. They're bad unless you monetize them through ad revenue, maybe RMT the in-game currency and make a huge killing, or other such virtual services. Run a 300k sub channel and you'll get regulars that drop by your stream to dump an easy $80 minimum for a 15 minute game of Starcraft. Hawk some hypebeast merch at them for another huge chunk of cash, get sponsors for random shit like Blue Apron and NordVPN for even more reve…

You could just monetize your gameplay, be it through entertaining others, selling an in-game currency, or (assuming below age 23) professional gaming in tournaments and contests.

You could monetize your gameplay instead of quitting. If you're a gamer for life you can easily monetize yourself playing the newest games, making video guides, shilling out merch. It's good passive income and a career if you're into it. By no means should you ever pursue professional gaming, even if you're the top .01% it will consume ALL your time and leave you empty once the hype dies. While video games are a consumerist, aka, beta activity, making money off of it (and there's lots to be made…
