My point was more about the morality of taking away the vote of half the population. For me there is a line to be drawn when talking trp and this is the otherside of it for me. 1	Did you feel ready for the responsibility of a full-time job? I'm working full time doing my industry placement year, I thought I wasn't ready but it's been 10 months now and I can happily say I contribute a lot to my team and this is reflected in offers for extensions & a graduate role.
