Its not even that hard to workout 5-6 days a week. Me and ony of my best friends we lift monday wed friday, do cardio and abs on tuesday thursday saturday. We do it when he gets off work at like 8:45-9 pm for about an hour or more, relax, eat a bit and sleep. I feel it has helped me sleep better because it gets me tired helps me sleep easy, post workout shower then knock out right after is great.
