Could you show me a source? It's quite literally in the name, and in its origins. Feminisme started in france in the 1830's... and you can go down the laundry list of things it advocated for and see that it all ends with a clause of "for women". Claiming it's for the "equality of the sexes" is weaselly wording, only technically true if you believe women are (socially/politically) inferior to men and want to bring them up to parity; by astroturfing with PR and shutting down every mens organizatio…

That is not the definition of feminism. Feminism wants equality for women. If a woman's cup has less water than a mans they want to top it up. They largely don't give a shit about the scenario where a mans cup has less water than a woman's - look at the prominent feminist movement which overwhelmingly denies that women can rape or be abusive. Look at how the feminist movement does literally nothing for men in terms of prison sentencing, mental health, divorce and custody of children. You don't g…

I wouldn't even assign blame to it, it's mostly just differences of interests and mindset. Though lack of "aggressive" behaviours like asking for wages or negotiation are a problem, though not necessarily a sexist problem.

There's also the faultiness of many studies which frequently compare all women to all men, without accounting for differences in job title, employment, skills or education. Comparing a stay at home mom to a CEO of a fortune 500 and then crying sexism because she doesn't earn as much is extremely misleading. When you compare people in the same position with the same training the gap shrinks considerably and becomes much more reflective of life choices and interest.

I deleted my twitter account the other day. I came to the realization that it was mostly people who knew less than 25% of what they were talking about, but refused to pass up an opportunity to have an opinion or virtue signal. No matter the fucking topic. It's an insanely toxic place where people build the biggest of bubbles and generally act like twats while hiding behind a block button and twitters extremely biased policy enforcement. Honestly the best time I ever had on twitter was when I was…

One of the real amusing bits is how 'gamer' doesn't have any actual characteristics of it's own, it's just an extremely broad label slapped on everyone and it's nebulously baaaaaaaaaaaad.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
