7	How much does a great body help in attracting females? I would add that having a nice body is more about having good confidence and work ethic and those are the actual attractive qualities. The body is just a representation of the discipline required to achieve and maintain it rather than the body itself. 1	how do you go from casually chilling at your place to fucking without being awkward? Start casually touching early in the date so it's normal later on (shoulder, arm, hand). Get close to her when you're chilling and find some reasons to touch her. "I can read palms" is a good one especially if you can't and can say something like "you're going to have a steamy romantic encounter in your near future". This is just off the top of my head, there are tons of ways to "kino escalate". 1	I've been approaching women since 2009 and have yet to have any kind of success, hundreds of approaches later. I feel immense self-hate and need someone to talk to. I'd like to echo a lot of what I'm reading in the comments here and say that it's really about finding the activities you really love to do and do those regardless of there being women involved. Sure it's nice to have all that professional training and coaching, but real results come from how you feel about yourself, and that primarily comes from what you spend your time doing.
