It's hard to take this "criticism" seriously. From the first ridiculous paragraph down to the conclusion that we don't admit things, the writer shows his/her misinformation about the movement. The basic idea is that very often, we have to argue against feminist views (that dominate the public discourse or made the law) to actually promote MR. That's okay and we need to do it. My personal hypothesis to explain the "rush" that comes during and after purging is simply that it forces a lot more blood to go through the head. This temporarily increases your mental awareness at the cost of physical well-being. I found that intense exercising would produce similar rushes (with dopamine!). Just my personal observations after years of not doing it.

I'm straight and I simply wanted to be thinner and better looking. It started out small (wanting to lose weight) but eventually it became an insatiable obsession and I kept wanting to lose all body fat and gain muscle to look like men in the ads. It took me around 5 years to realize that anorexia and bulimia nervosa were not the path to male beauty. It's important to remember that EDs are mental illnesses

Is it so obvious? I think she just referred to early school years. She also could have meant "women are smarter than men" seeing how she didn't properly reply to the point brought up by OP and his friends. Not that it really matters, since the scolding was uncalled for.

I admit I found it terribly satisfying to hear crude feminine criticism of horribly flawed feminist complaints. However, what can we really do to make feminists realize they have agency? It seems so difficult for them to understand: they'd much rather victimize themselves and blame everything they dislike on the male gender altogether. Has anyone ever convinced a female feminist that she has agency and is not a victim of patriarchy? How did you do it?

It's definitely a reasonable line of thought: historically, we tried to cure homosexuality (it did not work), so why wouldn't we do the same today for pedophilia? Science may shed light on that particular attraction in the next century, but would society ever be open to consider it as a sexual orientation if it is?

Discussions with radical feminists are rarely ever constructive. They often claim their beliefs to be facts and/or twist facts from a study in a way that directly supports their statements and disregards everything else (ie take things out of context). I'm sure some people have developed strategies to discuss with them, but I'm fairly new around.

A good discussion on the economic costs associated to treating sex offenders once they are set "free". It discusses a plethora of treatments, their costs and effectiveness and the socioeconomic consequences on the surroundings of the released. It mentions a few ethical points such as "Who will stand against the way sex offenders are treated after release?" and "Are murderers better off than sex offenders?". A very delicate subject.
