1	How did you improve in being yourself in order to communicate more confidence, being funny, project attractiveness? One of thing i've started doing for example after a first date is looking back and asking myself how true to myself i was and meditating on it, how much i meant things i've said, did actions i wanted or didn't want to do. don't aim to be 100% true to yourself, it's not realistic annd you would come off as a douche, just 5% more than you are now.	/r/seduction	30/04/22 06:21 PM

31	Upped my picture game and the amount of effort I need to put in has drastically went down This is something i never get.. how is it that people who make so much effort getting themselves thoes perfect pictures of them "doing things" less self-absorbed than someone taking a simple selfie?
