Yes, I acknowledged that you're at least presenting a gender equality position. I'm not going to picket abortion clinics and harass women who have abortions, but I don't agree with them and doubt I ever will. That seems kind of incongruous with ye olde "abortion is murder" rhetoric. Ultimately all it boils down to is this: women work fewer total hours and therefore earn less total pay. Put another way, women are paid 44% of all wages. When I was looking at the BLS CFOI data while reading about the gender workplace fatality gap I came across this chart. Which is kind of interesting. If she doesn't regularly mess up custody exchanges and y'all are on civil terms, I'd ask her about it directly and bring up the requirement, but try it in a non-accusatory way if possible.
