I buy that to an extent and there are definitely some perceptive points in what you say. However, I do have some further questions. In real life, I have seen situations where a woman has a strong husband: a leader, wealthy, established, dynamic, engaging who is devoted to her--in other words everything that safety could require, yet during the daytime she goes and has sex with a separate lover. So, in those instances the woman certainly seems to be putting her husband in the "beta" category and …

Well, there is a completely different problem is what is the best course of action for the man (your comment). But the original question is about determining what is reality because until we know the reality it's hard to make a decision about the best way to act to achieve your goals. Is the reality that they categorize or not or sometimes. I still can't tell and the answers here so far are not sufficient to make it obvious one way or the other. It may be a very difficult question to answer. Oft…

Ok, so given the choice you think most women will monogamize as long as they find a guy who is high on both sides of the spectrum, which is basically hoe math's position. Ok, so lets look at Zander's theory in more detail. He says that when the woman encounters a man she categorizes him because she has to make a choice: should I fuck him or date him? He implies she can't do both. For example, if she jumps into bed on the second date and is screaming for him to ram her harder, then she can't real…

Ok, makes sense, but do women actually categorize that way? That's what Zander is saying: yes, a man can have both characteristics, but a woman will only choose one side of him or the other and put him in one box or the other. He claims you can't be in both boxes at the same time with the same woman.

If that was all there was to it, then we would not need this forum would we? The whole point of TheRedPill forum is to discuss and publicly develop RP theory and concepts. My question is not asking about me personally or about me trying to find out "where I am" on hoe math's spectrum with a particular girl. The question is about the contrast in viewpoints between these two authors and figuring out which one is closer to reality. And that is what Red Pill is about: the realities of female psychol…

You need to step back, read some PUA books, date some different women and get some fresh experience. This situation with this girl is so totally effed up that you are a long way from having the skill set to fix it.

(1) Read RP books. You are obviously underread. (2) Practice your lines and stories in front of a mirror to eliminate tics. Video record yourself. Do you seem attractive to yourself? If not, why not? (3) Never talk about mundane bullshit ever. That is stuff like work, school, etc. Talk about only 3 things: you, her and you+her, nothing else. Do not talk about the weather or politics or sports or interests or music or anything else. Talk about HER. Do not "chat", it puts you in the friend zone, w…

There is no magic bullet. Just try something. The best policy is to be frank without being sexual or vulgar. Your basic objective is to create a connection of some kind, so try to find a commonality. Never talk about mundane bullshit like the weather or your job or school or stuff like that. The one trick I can recommend is to dive deeper. What this means is to just keep exploring whatever topic has already occurred. For example, let's say a girl is looking at you, then you can walk up to her an…

So it is Ok for you to scouting other women while you are dating her, but you expect her to be doggedly loyal and faithful to you only? Not only is this an unrealistic expectation, but it is unjust.

You might want to be reading more sidebar stuff and RP books. Getting emotional or letting her push your buttons is unattractive. What is attractive to a woman is men who are immovable and act independently of them. When you react to her manipulations, it makes you look weak. Do you really care if she screws your neighbor? Your goal should be to be superior to your neighbor. You basically want to be so buff that she will be embarassed and ashamed to be "stooping" to have sex with your low life n…

Don't get the idea that all women are raging sluts looking around for the nearest alpha. There are a lot of women that take chastity seriously and others that are cautious who they sleep with. If all women were as promiscuous as RP makes them out to be, VD would be far more prevalent than it is. Also, young people nowadays are considerably less promiscuous than they were 20 or 30 years ago. RP is not about slutifying all women, it is about being realistic and objectively understanding how women …

How and when to compliment is very complex and even skilled PUAs often make mistakes in this area. A key thing to always remember is that just because a girl likes you to do something, does not mean that doing that thing will make you more sexually attractive to that girl. When you are opening you always want to be focusing on demonstrating your value and dominance, and when you make a compliment you are not doing that, you are boosting her, not yourself and it makes you seem subordinate.

She said "sure"? Sounds like a yes to me. Don't invite girls you don't know on complicated "dates", it's way too unnatural and high pressure. Walmarts have pizza shops inside of them. You should have moved her right back into the Walmart. I usually keep expensive Belgian chocolate in my car, so if there is no nearby cafe then I have a rationale to invite them into my car and continue the date there. Your goal should be to get physical. They should be asking for your number, not the other way aro…

Some girls get physical with every potential in sight; it's just part of their personality. It's kind of a test because they are trying to find out who they can manipulate. Calling a girl out or getting meta is ok as long as you keep your cool. Unfortunately, you kind of lost your shit. Texting is for cowardly losers. Never say emotional stuff via text, even to an actual girlfriend. In person or interactively by voice on the phone only. Complimenting looks ("you're cute") is a beginner's blunder…

As long as a man is sexually potent, he can attract and have women, including young fertile women. Being old is definitely an undesirable characteristic, but the reality is that every man has undesirable characteristics. It's your positive characteristics and behavior that matter.

Answers: * Never live with a woman who is not your wife. Not only is it a sin, but it will create a completely wrong dynamic no matter what. The way to create a grounded outlook is to be REACTIVE. Observe her and react. Stop thinking about expectations and project what you WANT (which should be children). If you feel like you need to "trust" something, you have already lost. As before, identify your goals. If your frame is weak, it is because your goals are unclear. I don't know about you, but w…

If you have a competitor that just means one thing: the girl is worth it. Don't talk about the competitor, it just makes you look insecure. If he is fucking her, it is not your business. Your job is to make you want to fuck you, not him. Let him be the jealous loser, not you. Focus on being the guy that is worth it. If you do that, then it will make her feel like a slut every time she fucks him, and that's what you want. When she sees you as the guy she wants to fuck, the guy she truly respects,…

I disagree with this. First of all, different women have different mentalities. Your first error is simply assuming all women are the same and will just "settle into your frame" which is completely untrue. Different women require different behavior to seduce and it is essential to have a complex understanding of tests to know what kind of behavior is required in a given situation. Secondly, simply assuming that having a good frame enables you to pass tests intuitively is a completely mistaken po…

First of all, when a girl puts you on hold that is not a shit test, it is either a (1) test of your interest or (2) a dependency test (to see if you are a follower/chaser) or (3) she just isn't attracted to you and (as you said) she has you prioritized like a low-grade friend. Secondly, women only test men that they either love or are having strong feelings for. From your examples, I don't really get that vibe. If a girl is blowing you off, that doesn't mean she is "testing you", that means she …

Most chess books that teach beginning strategy have no specific openings in them... but obviously you didn't know that. It's funny when I play chess with a novice they imagine how good they are. It's not until I crush them in a few moves that it begins to dawn on them the complexity of it. It's the same way with women. Average guys I meet think they are all "naturals". There are always multiple ways to pass tests, some better than others. The most basic approach is to own it playfully. So, if she says, "Are you always this rude to women?" you could answer with something like, "Only when I am interested in them." or "Only when I like them." So, it is a playful flirt. It is a good idea to work on repartee like this when you have time to think about it, because coming up with the perfect flirt in a pressure situation where she is coming down on you with a hard te…

No doubt, there are women who will accept you with no reservations. Test analysis is only relevant to the women who are choosing between you and other men, or another life with no men or children in it.
/r/TheRedPill24/07/23 12:02 AM

Right, that is a wise perception: we are going to fail. The priority is to pass enough tests well enough that overall success is achieved, even if we are not passing every single test, or even recognizing them.

By saying that kind of stuff you just are making it plain you only have experience with trashy women. I know waitresses and bartenders who have enough frame to shut down guys like you hard, forget about women with high value which obviously know nothing about.

Almost nobody thinks about it whether they are "getting laid" or not. Just to reiterate what I have written elsewhere: the kind of guy who thinks he does just fine without trying to understand women, is the same kind of guy who thinks he can play a good game of chess without reading a book on chess.
/r/TheRedPill23/07/23 10:29 PM

Understanding exactly what she is doing is critical to figuring out how to break her frame and put her in mine. When you are dealing with weak, insecure women it's easy to break their frame, but high class, high value women that are raised in strong social environments have very strong frames that are difficult to break, especially for a guy that is raised in an ordinary or lower class environment.

That's one way to handle a jealousy test, but you won't win any points for making an ultimatum like that. Just because a girl does what you tell her to do, doesn't mean that she respects you.

It's foolish to think this way, because most men cannot pass tests consistently just by general principles alone. For 99% of men the only way to pass tests consistently is to study them carefully and understand exactly how they work. Even for the 1% who have such incredible instincts that they can pass tests naturally, there will always be very high quality women that will challenge them with tests that even they cannot pass.

That sounds like a workable solution, but only in a daytime, calm scenario with a calm woman. When you have a young, crying, almost hysterical girl on your hands and it is the middle of the night, it seems unlikely I would be able to get through a complex story. Maybe that would work the next day after everything has calmed down.
/r/TheRedPill23/07/23 02:41 PM

Yeah, it's easy to say that when you are in the calm of your study during the daytime, but when it is night, and you are half drunk and there is a sobbing, terrified girl in your arms, it's a totally different story.

Neither did I until I got older and started to want younger and higher quality women than the older, neurotic divorcees that I had normal access to. When I broke up with the last of these, it was very clear that I would have to greatly increase my skill with the opposite sex if I wanted to attract and have children with young, high quality women.

UPDATE Final Outcome: The final outcome of this episode was that I got cut off that night and the following morning was awkward (she was staying in a guest room of mine). So, I went to a morning appointment and when I came back around 11am she was still there, thank god, and when she asked what my appointment was for I said, "I had an important drug deal to do." There is a book called "What Women Want When they Test Men" by Bruce Bryans and it is based on psychology studies and other hard facts. I suggest you read it if you want to have a more detailed understanding of female tests.
/r/TheRedPill22/07/23 12:05 PM
2

You should define your goals, especially with regards to family life and children. I totally agree with some of the other posters: never live a woman unless you are starting a family. The only purpose of a woman living with you is because of the necessity of you two being together to raise children.
/r/TheRedPill21/07/23 12:08 AM
2

Uh, well who else is influencing her besides you? If her behavior is getting worse, it is because YOU are failing to raise her properly. The #1 cause of her behavioral changes is YOUR behavior. The only situation where you would want to leave her justifiably is if her behavior was bad from the beginning (before you began to have influence on her).
/r/TheRedPill20/07/23 01:03 AM

There is already a book on this subject "What Women Want When They Test Men" by Bruce Bryans. A shit test is a particular kind of test, so calling all tests "shit tests" is a misnomer. It's also kind of vulgar. It's an error to apologize, even once.

It was ambiguous... as it usually is with her. On the whole she was nicer than average, so my read was that I did ok on the test, but not great. So, in the end that did not give me enough information to figure out how I should have handled it, for sure. However, my ultimate read is that it was a dependency test after all (not a persistence/interest test), so belatedly telling her to go to the beach was better than nothing, but I should said that upfront, not hours later. I will see the puzzle ma…

If you do sexual things on a first date, then it can make the girl feel slutty or shamed if she doesn't know you well. This can lead to her ghosting you because she associates you with the feeling of shame, which is exactly what happened.
/r/TheRedPill17/07/23 07:31 PM
2

The basic problem here is that you were being way too sexual for her comfort level. Putting your hands inside her jeans when there is no rapport was a serious mistake. Physicality needs to be mutual. The basic problem here is that you did not connect with her. If she has no emotional feeling towards you, then she is going to reject you. You are failing to make that connection. Just saying "you are hot" and then trying to stick your hands down her pants is not going to form an emotional connectio…

The other commenters more or less have it correct. When you are dealing with 304s you are in competition with all the other players on Tinder or Bumble or whatever. Be cautious about getting too sexual too early because it can make you look baitable and that is unattractive. By "baitable" what I mean is, if she thinks she can manipulate you by flirting or offering sex, then you are baitable. Probably the critical issue here is that you jumped the gun on the sex. If she has sex without a connecti…

There are a lot of useful books to absorb. It's a deep subject obviously. Concerning tests, there is a book called "What women want when they test men" by Bruce Bryans that you might find useful. It's incorrect to think that you failed because you didn't make a physical move on her. You failed because you mentored her and did not show interest at the right time. You don't have to get physical to show interest and keep the correct frame.

As I said, it is not simple. You need to read books, preferably a variety of them to build your style, what works for your persona. For example, let's imagine the worst possible situation: two girls are huddled at a bar with their backs turned and other guys tight on both sides of them--a typical scenario. To even come up behind them is usually an error because pulling somebody from behind is scary, especially for a girl. Let's say that they are not scouting the bar, so trying to sit opposite th…

It's like table manners. If you pick up the wrong fork, you will not get invited to dinner again. At a fine table it doesn't matter how good your conversation is if you have your mouth open while you are chewing. You either behave correctly or you do not. Most men do not. That's the primary problem and it has nothing to do with emotional intelligence.

Although you can mention a previous relationship and it's outcome ("we got divorced" or whatever), never talk about past relationships as a topic of discussion. Not only does it break frame, but it is boring and mundane. You should be talking about stuff that stimulates her, not turn offs like your ex wife. The way to transition out of these kinds of questions is with prepared stories. For example, let's say she asks about the ex wife, what was she like etc, then you say: "Well, once I was with …

Never open with a compliment. Never compliment on appearance. Don't make cold approaches on the street if you are new at it. These are very basic mistakes. You should read some RP books before just going out and winging it, because you are literally wasting your time. Get knowledge first, then act.

Right, ostensibly she was suggesting that she would take the day off from work to decompress alone at the beach and our date would have been part of the slew of cancelled appointments that would have been necessary to make that happen. Of course, she was not really being serious, but just "teasing" as she put it. It was a test to me of some kind to see how I would react to this hypothetical occurrence.

Fucked in what way? She is worth way more than all the others. Screwing a bunch of pretty bimbos is not my goal. I can do that whenever I want.

I don't get it. You want some guys to validate your plan to break up with your girlfriend that you have evolved past?

Let's make something perfectly clear: the primary purpose of sex is procreation, to make new organisms, and that is true of every species, not just humans.

That's not a shit test, it's just a standard jealousy test. A shit test is when she checks to see if you are insecure about a weakness, like being bald or short. A jealousy test is when she talks about another guy or situation that could be romantic to see if you get jealous or not. You passed because you did not exhibit jealousy. You don't need to call her out on it, and in fact it would be a little insecure to do so. She made a test, you passed it, end of story.

I am dating a lot of others, but she has the value... way way above everybody else.

You are very perceptive. You are right, she has me wrapped around her finger and it takes an iron will for me to deny her, but I know I have to do it. I do what I have to do: walk away, cancel things, get other women to show interest in me, but it takes all of my willpower to force myself to do what I know has to be done. I haven't internalized it, as you said.

Well, I thought about it and decided to run with option B. I think it was not a postponement test at all and must have been a dependency test. So, my thoughts about this are as follow: (1) I have already demonstrated plenty of determination and resolve previously, so why would she be testing this further with a postponement test? (2) She specifically mentioned that if she goes to the beach she would still "have to go" with certain people in her family. So, the implication is that those people ar…

The workout thing was a mistake. It's a bad idea to put yourself in the role of a mentor. It's really that simple. DakotaJay has some good points, but at the end of the day your error is very basic: acting like a mentor and failing to make an emotional connection. As Dakota said, the TV was a terrible idea too, way too passive. You aren't interacting if you are watching TV with somebody.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
