2	Her male friend, how do I handle a jackass? Well I think you did allright, it's a difficult situation to handle. I think the best way to handle a guy like him is to steer the conversation away from the offender. For example when he ask you what you studied and made a degrading remark, you could have simply said something along of "of course not (turning to his friend) and you what do you study?".
