I disagree. I think it was intended. The movie was filled with details about the world without shoving them in the audience's faces. On the surface, it's just an action movie about good guys and bad guys, meant to satisfy the average viewer. But if you pay attention to the details, it is obvious that there are no real good guys in the movie. It is a movie about primal conflict between people's interests.

No. It's not true. I've seen plenty of examples of men preferring an attractive woman who is nice, smart, and friendly, over a woman who is hotter with a terrible personality. I have a problem with people saying men find looks more important in a potential mate than all else. Yes, men need to physically attracted to a woman before even considering her for a relationship. I actually just moved back home with my parents in a city with a big technology sector. I just graduated with a CS degree. The job prospects are good, the rent is cheap, the city is beautiful.
