4	Essentially how it goes. How about we make people responsible for their decisions? "Well, we didn't know Sync was going to come in to work late, do very little, and generally annoy coworkers. We decided to allow him to do this, and request that all the coworkers use personal funds to find ways to work around him. Fire him? 1	Essentially how it goes. People would educate themselves, and cease having children out of wedlock/stable situations, due to the financial and social ramifications of it.
