You know how there is that 1 person that asks what TRP is about, but then someone with anti-TRP views is the one explaining what's going on, and what's more they put in their personal views (which is obviously not a good way to explain things)? Well, maybe we could PM the person what doesn't necessarily understand what TRP is and explain to them what it is (without personal views because then we would seem needy)- or is it a lost cause?

Alright then- here's something you can do- Lay on the floor- your face facing the floor, next extend your arms at a 90 angle to your body, next sort of pull them in a little closer and then push off- that is called a push up. You can also try squats and superman and a whole load of things. And look at your diet- fix it if it is bad.
