I'm in the military, and have worked with stellar women, and garbage women - likewise men. The competent women that i know, to a person, absolutely loathe these types of initiatives, because it calls their abilities into question. They hate being pandered to, and want to get on with crushing it. The only ones who are for this type of thing are the ones who wouldn't be where they are if they had to get there on even footing.

When you go to the recruiting center, you go through an aptitude test, interviews, etc. Let's say 100 people go in to a given recruiting center and go through the process. No not at all, and I wholeheartedly agree that those who maliciously use the justice system to ruin somebody should be punished. I'm saying that it's a difficult thing to execute in practice though. In a rape case, the defense is usually centered around the accuser's credibility. Essentially accusing them in turn of lying. That's the thing I never understand about these things. Let's say while they were married, he had a high paying job and then suddenly lost it.
