This is in the Oahe dam stilling basin. Not sure if you are familiar with the missouri river, but definitely recommend fishing it sometime. Right now I'd suggest north into ND as the fishing has been super slow here since the flood and all the bait fish were destroyed from the intense water flowing through the dam.

They are great! Many will tell you that's all they eat, but I wouldn't call it the best. Definitely a ton of meat on them, but tastes similar to perch. Secretly I'd rate crappie and northern pike a bit higher on the taste scale but lack of bones and large fillets make up the difference!! Walleye cheeks are solid 10/10 though!!

Not sure if you are referencing the Mariner, but I just put that on this winter and man has it made the long distance runs more enjoyable. Cruise just under 40mph. This was in the Oahe Dam stilling basin. Not sure where you are from, but definitely recommend fishing the Missouri River between Pierre and Bismark.

Reiterating Lifting. Working out in general will boost your energy levels like Crazy. Pre TRP I was drinking 10-20 cups of coffee a day. Plus a usual energy drink.
