Sorry, what's a coping mechanism? The getting aroused? I think it's more of a biological response to external stimuli than any sort of emotional response.

How is it different? You're still violated against your will, no matter what sex you are. That's a genuine question btw, what is your reasoning for it being different?

Ah that makes sense. To be honest it wasn't out of the realms of possibility that it wasn't satire. However am glad that it is. I didn't look to deeply at it. I just got annoyed.

You could be correct. My sister posted this on Facebook so I had a look. I thought I'd read it was made by feminists but yes it could be for. It just ground my gears so I possibly didn't read too deeply into it.

I understand what this subreddit is about, or i would like to think i do. I find myself agreeing a fair bit. But consider me warned :) you're free to call me a numpty if I come off sounding contrite or I make a comment that completely misses the point. I just wanted to say that not everyone believes this sub is full of horrible idiots.

Lol to be fair if someone says something ridiculous then they deserve to be told its ridiculous. However generally your comments between each other are alright. If I was to believe everything said about this subreddit I should've been down voted to hell and mocked incessantly just for saying as a woman. I don't think I'd say anything that would actually bring down your wrath.

As a woman I find this subreddit far more rational, non offensive and logical than most others. Other than he occasional arsehole I find your arguments well thought out an generally fairly nice. I don't understand why people hate on it.
