Agreed. Ive never seen a rally to end the draft entirely. Doesn’t seems like men in the US care enough to stage protests. I think that’s why it still exists. Make it a voter issue and someone will fix it. Ignore it, and nothing changes. Wait for someone to mention women being drafted and just getting giddy about that helps no one.

And he won’t be. Not unless he lives past 100 in jail. It’s an old and dated law that they never updated. He groomed and threatened the family of a 14 year old to get sex. Any breath talking about his punishment being unfair is a breath wasted. I hope he rots in jail.

Alimony is paid mostly to women who didn’t work. Very few men choose to not work and very few rich women date those men.. Alimony is designed for relationships with large income variance to ensure the poorer party is not trapped. I’m not supporting alimony but I think this was an overly simplistic assessment.
