This is so true. Currently seeing a girl and every time I ask her out it’s always a “hell yeah”, “sounds great”, etc. No games, no bullshit. The way it should be.

Girl I hooked up with was like this. "Really nice guy and bought me dinner and the hotel room that night, then he went back to California and ghosted me! Why do men suck?" Uh sweetheart he got sex from you and that's all he wanted plus he has options... (and you gave it to him first night meeting him). To be clear her tinder profile screamed "hookup" and she came over instantly to meet me, yet she complains that men burn her and use her. Look in the fucking mirror and see the problem. No account…

#3 is so big for me. I tend to over analyze everything and it ramps up when it comes to dating/seduction. It's a long road, but I'm slowly getting better at telling myself "Her loss"

I’ve noticed this too. I’m 24 and have my own place and keep tidy. Girl that I hooked up recently commented on how it’s nice someone my age has their shit together (for the most part). I now tend to have girls more eager to come over multiple times compared to when I was younger. Im assuming this will get better with age as well?

Same story here. I'm glad I found this sub to help guide me in the right direction.

Agreed. I appreciate this subs advice, but there is some absolute degenerates on here.

Great post, I'll keep this in mind for when I finally get out of my dry spell.

Now that I think about it I could have for sure came across aloof. I never had that intention and hopefully didn't leave a bad taste in her mouth, but she did say at the end of the short conversation that she "hopes to see me around". So knowing this info and possibly seeing her tonight at a mutual friends get-together how should I approach this in your opinion?

Will do.

I’m gunna hi Jack this thread to ask this. So if a girl and I go on a date, and it goes great (according to her multiple times) then when I push for another meetup she says she is “busy for the next two weeks but we will revisit then”. Do I just assume it’s done and let her reach out if she actually is serious about being busy? When I ran into her in person she said she felt like I was ignoring her because I didn’t initiate a text convo… (I should clarify this encounter happened before I asked h…

I needed this.

Pretty fucked to not give a warning or anything and have me wait. Could have done something productive but instead I sat expecting a “here text” since she said she was leaving after her shower.

Update: She said "OMG just took the biggest nap" so a really lame excuse after saying she was coming.

Just did, I’ll update with reply.

It really is mentally draining, I’ll take your advice and stop texting. I should have clarified I never closed other options, it’s just been a while since I’ve seen a girl this aggressive in person, but then tip toe when the date comes around the corner.

I lost my father 9 years ago. Like others have said take your time and grieve. "Time heals all wounds" is a quote that reins true for things like this. I used to cry every day at first over losing my father, and I still do from time to time. If you are comfortable with it I would find a good friend or family member that you can vent to if needed. (This had helped me immensely) Condolences man, I know how hard it is.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
