Daily multivitamin + coral actives soap in the shower + wash your face at night with neutrogena oil free acne wash. Wash pretty much a magic bullet regiment for me at your age.

How prestigious is your career path / educational pedigree thus far? Personally I wouldn't recommend going back to B School unless it was a top 10 program, maybe top 20.

If you want to do it, just do it. I wear cowboy boots all the time and they take me from 6'2" to nearly 6'4" - instant confidence boost.

Absolutely 100% join a fraternity if you have the means. I can't imagine my college experience had I not. Everyone is right about having a good social network of outstanding dudes, but also you have beautiful girls practically crawling all over you, your house, your friends. Every night there is something fun to do. It is so, so worth it dude. Go for it.

Damn dude this is very solid advice I appreciate you taking the effort to type it out. I sent you a PM earlier, I'll follow up with contact info. Definitely down to chill and grab a drink when I'm on the island.

Good post. I'll be in Thailand in late September, going to the Sep 27 Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan - any advice? Sounds rad.

For the love of god don't go through your first few days of school actively thinking "need to be alpha need to be alpha" you'll inevitably do something very regrettable. Just focus on being a cool, outgoing, IDGAF new guy who rolls with the punches. Make yourself interesting.

"To me, period-shaming is when you - as someone who is experiencing the bleeding - have to make someone comfortable before yourself" Your right to bleed on your leg is more important than people feeling grossed out at your bodily juices? Well in that case brb, gonna go shit myself in public

Jesus dude. Are you seriously arguing that a culture is more macho because they have more terrorists? Get the fuck out of here

As someone who had an absolute blast in college being in a fraternity...fuck people who want to make them co-ed. Fuck all of them, right in the face. Those dudes were my brothers and they taught me how to be a man.

This is why I keep it a secret for as long as possible when I start hooking up with a girl in my friend group. Everyone else finds out, suddenly they know everything better than you and start pressuring you and the girl to "do something about it." Fuck off.

New York is the greatest place for tech besides SV. Every "major" company has their east coast headquarters there, and the entrepreneurship scene is on fire (tons of money and collective interest).

Computer Science will unlock an incredible breadth of opportunities, whether that be a high-paying salary job, entrepreneurship, finance, venture capital, or even the chance to travel the world fulltime (check out /r/digitalnomad )

How are you "approaching" women? It reads like you're sitting on a bench in the university quad, going up to every girl as she passes by. That's creepy. Approaching should seem like a natural and spontaneous part of life. You're at the grocery store and say something to the girl in your aisle. You're in line at Starbucks and start chatting up the chick in front of you. Also, rejection is a natural part of it. You'll find that each rejection gives you thicker skin and shows you that it really isn…

Some dudes can probably make it work, but in most cases when girls seem weirded out that you don't have a Facebook it's because you're throwing up a huge red flag for social validation. Girls want to believe you're a popular, funny guy who does what he wants while frequently accompanied by beautiful women. If you care enough, you can consciously use Facebook to curate and groom your social standing. Make yourself look like the kind of guy you want to be. I guess. As far as posting pictures of yo…

Great article. Once you learn this lesson it's incredibly fun to exploit. Build attraction with the girl all week, act flirty and suggestive on your way over, then hit reset the moment you get to the party. Something more fun you could be doing than sitting by the kitchen talking to her? Go fucking do it. Soon you'll find she's the one following you around.

Be funny without being a tryhard. Look up some examples of short funny bios and shamelessly copy if you have to (99% of girls would never notice).

Be very cool and level-headed about it. But direct. State what you want, don't beat around the bush - "Hey, I'm ____ from next door, hope you're doing well, I want let you know that your dog is becoming a problem so I'd like to request you (whatever)."

Without even watching the video you posted I'm sure you're overthinking things. Just go out, talk to people, laugh and have fun. I have never in my life met someone and thought "this dude has weird facial expressions," but I sure as hell have thought "this dude sure seems like an insecure little bitch." That's what people notice. Don't overthink it.

Do not do this. It sounds tryhard as fuck. If you really need to give your BP chump some advice do it in private.
