Was cheated on while deployed, she played games, got the whole gut wrenching feeling during phone calls that something was up or somebody was over. Cue the gas lighting and "I'm hanging with my gal pals". Also walked in on her with another guy the day I got back from deployment. I don't even recognize the person I thought I knew that I shared 8 years of fun and happiness with. Now I see all of these married men who are fat, miserable unhappy slaves, especially my father and I just think about ho…

Cheated on while deployed, then the eyes opened up after being shut for a long time. All the red flags went off. Now its just the realization that the feminine psyche is bombarded with entitlement. Every detail in movies, tv, advertising and society has a subtle hint of "get a wife, have kids and be a wage slave. Mgtows are miserable and weird!" Havent gotten past the anger phase but still truckin along and its reinforced every day. Every married man I see is absolutely miserable and I realize t…

Depends, if you enjoy doritos and pizza more than picking up heavy things. Sure go ahead, its called mgtow for a reason. I like to go to the gym and lift and run long distances. There's something therapeutic about it. Also being able to not be out of breath when moving things around or carrying heavy shit at work is a huge plus. Dont lift for other people. Lift for yourself.

See I agree with you now that I've learned the truth, being a younger guy and learning the hard way after being taught and brought up where everyone in my family is "happily" married [stayed together for the kids] really fucking sucks. The anger is real and disney is bullshit.

Men these days are easily played. They are raised to think that women who sleep around are sluts and to avoid them (depending on up-bringing)to avoid STDs. But if you do go that route you can eventually "settle down" with a "good girl" and "be happy". What isn't taught is that AWALT and there are no clean girls out there. The only reason to not pump and dump is if you find a woman willing to have children and can be a good mom (1/100 women ever) if you want children.

The mental reconstruction seems almost impossible. You're right, I have been using that as a pass to initiate sexual activity or enter a sexual frame. I think of it kind of like a gateway, in my head when they agree to "go out with me" it dismisses being nervous, generates desire and comfortability. Like "ok I'm in" and I do whatever. When I'm not "going out" with a girl I get nervous and say a lot of stupid shit and cockblock myself, trying to qualify myself etc... Having that verbal agreement …

You don't get superpowers or anything but it's been fun experimenting. I used to do it every night after work, lots of porn consumption. I wouldn't be able to stay hard during sex or have fun, I was mostly focusing on finishing and not enjoying sex. From abstaining I actually enjoyed handjobs and sex, being able to finish during sex is probably the best feeling ever. I've gone everywhere from 25 days to 2-3 days every once in a while. It helps keep it up during sex if you stop for like 4-5 days,…

I'll throw OZ on my list of stuff to do. I think just reading the story again and again the only things I get from it is that females in college are about partying, losers and sex. Those are things im not really into, much like michael I dont participate because it would hinder my enthusiasm for myself and my dreams. However, Being successful and independent wont help me attract women until they're/I'm in the 30s age bracket. I'm not necessarily worried about it right now but in a year I'll be r…

I read michael's story, not sure what I should take away from it though. If I wanna get laid I should party and drink, and marriage is bad? I do agree with the general consensus that marriage is a shitty thing for guys especially if they have nothing to gain from it. Obviously I'm not looking to get married...again probably ever, 40s maybe nor am I trying to have children.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
