In the original post I linked, they were 100% serious about being against women's suffrage. Misandry from radical feminists doesn't justify men being sexist towards women.

In my original comment I linked a comment on the MGTOW subreddit saying women shouldn't vote with hundreds of upvotes.

Misandry from radical feminists doesn't justify wanting to take away women's rights. We should be against discrimination against both groups.

There were posts on the MGTOW subreddit saying that women shouldn't vote with many hundreds of upvotes, clearly there is a lot of misogyny in those groups. https://www.reddit.com/r/IncelTear/comments/jsghb9/mgtow\_were\_not\_a\_hategroup\_we\_just\_want\_equal/

Believing women should have rights is not "feminist BS".

r/MensRights: We are not sexist, we simply want to advocate for men's issues. Also r/MesnRights:

The argument I am making is that the reason that women get paid less on average is because they make choices that lead to them earning less money, in the same way the reason men are a victim of violent crime more often is because they make choices that would put them in more danger. Meaning it is hypocritical to claim one of these things is a myth but the other is a big problem. What has this got to do with provocative clothing?

Even walking down the street at night, the fact that men may get mugged more is explained by men choosing to walk at night more, not necessarily by inherent sexism (unless you think our culture is sexist for telling men they should go out later on more, but then you would have to apply that to the pay gap too).

Well the guy did chose to deal with drug dealers which he probably knew was dangerous, so there is a comparison, both people suffer from decisions they make.

I think it is hypocritical for men's rights activists to dismiss the gender pay gap as a myth since women make different choices that lead to them being paid less on average, but then complain about issues like men being a victim of violent crime more often. Yes, men are more likely to be a victim of violent crime then women. But similarly to the gender pay gap, this is probably because men make different choices then women. Namely, men will put themselves in dangerous situations more often. Men…

Another fallacy you seem to be making is that you seem to be assuming that because men were oppressed in some areas, therefore women are not oppressed. This is stupid. Oppression just means put under harsh unfair rules. Men can have harsh unfair rules they must follow like being drafted into wars, whilst women can have other harsh unfair rules they must follow like not being allowed to become politicians or vote. They are both under unfair rule. They are both being oppressed. The fact that men w…

The argument Bax tries to make to try and dismiss the fact that for many centuries women were denied voting rights and suffrage is very poor. But, whether right or wrong, we deny that the lack of it, by an otherwise privileged class, constitutes a grievance. Electoral disqualifications are often attendant on special privilege. The Royal Family of this realm, with all their branches, are debarred from the exercise of both the passive and the active franchise. And yet no one pleads that, say, the …
