This part..." I enjoy the small stuff but nothing can be 'over the top' all the time. If you have a woman that is always looking for those kinds of experiences... she's not LTR material". Hits the nail on the head. However one point I would add is that if a reader adopts the OP's mindset and fulfils what the OP says, "You are doing this for yourself." Then ultimately you are not going to miss her too much because you got everything you wanted out of her.

Damn the guys on these thread have answered it really well. All I am going to add is that, reduce the attention towards her. Like you said you want her to have anxiety. Pretty much make her think that if she ain't going back to the old program she doesn't get to see you.

I have to say I definitely agree with what you are saying. In the Pick up community it usually referred to as 'Social Circle Game'. I find that often having the abundance mentality and not giving a shit (to a certain degree) about women often makes you more high value as they want to qualify themselves to you.
