Has she seen your pic? If not then I would assume that she doesn't want to promise in case you are a minger or creep.

Your comment I replied to is Good advice for anything really. If you WANT something you will make it happen. If you just like the idea of having it, but would rather sit on your ass browsing reddit all day...

OAG? Overly attached guy? It was a hard lesson I learned many years ago (married now), but it was mind blowing doing what you thought was right and getting shot down for it.

See I was raised that dating was the monogamous phase between acquaintance and engagement. That women won't sleep around and the ones that do are disease infested. I know otherwise now, but this is what I was lead to believe.

I agree with your second statement. I learned that lesson many years ago. I'm not sure how to adequately elaborate on what I meant as I am on my phone and extremely tired. Suffice it to say that it was my impression an the time, and that of my close male peers, that one night stands were a catalyst into a relationship. If a woman were to sleep with you, then she most certainly would want to date you. The act of 'using her' for a one night stand was highly insulting and immoral. The sorts of men …

I was raise (by women) to believe that if you hook up then you should be in a monogamous relationship and to do otherwise was an insult to the girl.

While I do not disagree with these findings, I personally have found that I have more confidence in dealing with women that I have seen naked (or a naked likeness of them). To me this is much more effective than imagining them in their underpants.

Yes. In my experience this helps get over the fear of rejection plus being really enjoyable when you get into it. Depending on how good you are, you might be finding yourself with a some success stories out of it also.

Don't be a bitch. You are just feeding that cycle. Take that fear you have and help it kickstart your desire for change.

Bad shit happened. I will reiterate, because I think it is a very important view in not just seduction, but life. Practice being outcome independent. Let those negative experiences temper your resolve to be a better man. Also, being liberal and atheist in rural Texas is kind of lonely by definition. I think you are less alone than you lead yourself to believe. If you just want some play, they don't need to know about your non-belief. The way I see it is that theists are already pretty gullible t…

It's about building attractiveness. I want to be proud of MYSELF. To find MYSELF attactive and awesome and kickass. It's about building a great life for yourself. And it's all about your inner game, your confidence. Once you build that, you'll have no problem talking to women and wont' even give a shit if you get shot down This guy has it right. Once you have this down, the rest falls into place.

My brother is gay. BINGO. Some of my best wingmen are gay. my best friend is married He can still talk you up. Better if you can get his wife to assist. "Have you met NGUD? He is an amazing reporter that has interviewed blah blah..." Positive approval from other women helps you get past those few first hurdles much better than a guy can do, although some gays can get you pretty far if played right. other best friend doesn't go out except to shoot pool I don't think it would be too difficult to f…

Two words: Outcome independent. Find some mates, go to a club, try to see who can crash and burn the worst. My friends and I would try this for shits and giggles, but were often surprised at the success rate. Once you get over the fear of rejection, the rest of it just seems like a game. Other times I have gone out just thinking, "I am the biggest, baddest mother fucker here tonight and I am going to get laid." 60% of the time, it works every time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
