Laugh. A lot. Laugh at yourself, at mistakes you make, at funny names you see on signs, at the weird things you think about when you are daydreaming. Don't take yourself(or life actually) that serious, have fun with whatever you do, watch comedy shows, read some jokes. Also, be thankful. You'll find out that being thankful and being happy are closely connected, and when you are happy and at ease with yourself you'll be funny from within because you don't have any negativity in you. P.S. Don't ev…

Very good post! I'm glad you linked it otherwise I probably never would've found it. This is perfect for people having escalation anxiety(like me) or having trouble doing kino at all, thanks!

Actions speak louder than words.(90%~ of communication is non-verbal) Usually it's Anti-Slut-Defense or whatever you want to call it(looking too interested etc.) Just act on her body language and actions, if you can make love to her and she doesn't physically show disinterest your are in.

I'm pretty much in the exact same situation; Good at chatting, confident, scared fuck when it comes to physical escalation and really just flirting. This is what I'm doing to fix it(hopefully): Try to meditate daily, focusing on loving yourself(realizing you are good enough) and cutting yourself some slack Read Self-Compassion by Kirstin Neff Take small steps and don't get mad at yourself if you fail or aren't progressing very fast Read some articles about flirting(verbal and physical) and Kino …

Some solid acne scars and <10% bf with some good muscle. But seriously, to me the only correct answer would be: The fact that you don't compare yourself to the 9 other men and that you don't give a shit about what this woman thinks of you.

Didn't really read your post(sorry), but judging from your title I'd advice you to start looking into mindfulness. Meditate daily and read ''The power of Now'' by Eckhart Tolle(this is like the bible of spirituality to me). You could start with guided meditation a few times a week and 'work your way up' to meditating daily without guidance. Being free of your mind(and thoughts) is SO liberating and it allows you to live your life to it's fullest!

Not all girls are the same, some take longer to 'open up' and get used to somebody. This also applies to signals(or IOI's): some girls throw them around like it's their daddy's money, others barely give them off(usually associated with shyness). That said, kino is a very good way to gauge interest, as is steering the conversation sexually. Don't forget to always look at her reaction!

I have the same problem and in my case it's mostly about holding myself back.(confidence and not giving fucks) So I'm trying to become more confident and mindful in order to let myself be me fully. I'm doing this by acknowledging my fear/resistance and accepting it, but not acting upon it. In turn this will lessen the fear/resistance over time and it'll require less and less attention and will happen naturally.(I hope) It's also about trusting in yourself and letting go of your ego and caring ab…

I think he's talking about virgin girls getting clingy to whoever deflowers them.(Which doesn't happen that often but it does happen sometimes)

You could just say hi to them? Or is it very weird at your gym? Any longer/more frequent eye contact than normal = interest if you ask me. Talk to them and see what happens, find out if you even find them interesting. :)

Hold out your hand and tell her: ''hold this''. Just have fun and do whatever you want to do, if she really doesn't want something she'll let you know and you can shrug it off and continue normally(2 steps forward 1 step back is very common with escalation).

I think that's the best move. From my point of view it looks like she is doing some weird shit-test: talking about another guy to see if you get startled(or w/e). It could also be insecurity or nervousness on her side, since she brings it up whenever things get sexy..

Yea I'd say try to escalate and see what happens, maybe she is up for a FWB or something? Actions speak louder than words

I know where you're coming from, but I also think that people are going to do what they want to do regardless. I think nofap is a fantastic initiative because it 'frees' a lot of people from fapping/watching porn too much. The people that try it and don't really notice anything are going to resume fapping anyways. The people that 'get scared'(as I think you tried to say in your post) by the NoFap subreddit will get scared into trying things they don't really want to one way or another(you simply…

Keep in mind your acne looks 100x worse to yourself than to others. Not everyone is as 'sensitive' to acne as others, some people might not even notice a few pimples while others can be distracted by a single one. Please don't let it affect you, if there's anything I've learned from having severe acne: Your mind holds you back much more than the actual acne.

Yes I do. It has a lot to do with being in the moment and mindfulness: you have to try to 'shut up your mind'. Most of the time you'll start thinking about what if...? This will probably result in fear of something or talking yourself out of it. It's not a bad thing if you can't stop thinking, not everyone is able to do it that easily. What you can do, is start saying to yourself what it takes to approach her: ''I will walk up to her and talk to her, there's nothing to it'' for example. Or think…

That's the whole point of that rule, you walk to her before you get the chance to properly think about it. You notice someone you'd like to approach -> approach her within 3 seconds so you don't talk yourself out of it.(you just have to take action as soon as you catch yourself thinking)

I'd say you should look like you are content, maybe slightly smirk, and smile when you see someone you like.

You could try to get comfortable with feeling awkward. Or just don't give a fuck about it when girls start talking about other men. If you are interested in either of those girls, don't show them it affects you and continue with conversation.

Kissing is so much more than just the actual kissing part. I think that's what 'being sensual' is all about: what you do with the rest of your body and what vibe you give off. I know there is a very good and thorough post about kissing out there but I'm too lazy to link it atm.

My advice to you is to start doing it! Walk up to someone even before your mind can think of anything and just say hi. Start small, work your way up to larger and more frequent conversations. And yes, you might have to small talk for a bit to let yourself get used to talking to people.

I can really recommend ''The power of Now'' by Eckhart Tolle to you. I kept judging myself(and everyone around me) and was just thinking way too much. So far I'm already much more in the moment and I am much more aware of when it: I nearly always notice myself getting carried away by thoughts.

You start learning it and invest time in it again. You will learn much faster since you've already done this before, sort of similar to building muscle. So get started and get back in there!

I think it's better to kiss her when she doesn't expect it as much. At the end of a date when saying goodbye is pretty standard. But then again, if you're too anxious for that this might be a good strategy for you because you can prepare yourself for it.

and is now coming over tonight (mostly because I told my roommate I thought she was cute). I'd say she is interested in you as well. Show interest, escalate physically and be in the moment, you'll find out soon enough how far you can go and/or if she is interested.

I'm just gonna go ahead and recommend meditating and ''The power of Now'' -by Eckhart Tolle to you. Being obsessed with something (girls or work or w/e) means your mind keeps following the same patterns over and over again and you keep thinking about it. Being in the moment helps you 'catch yourself' when you start thinking about it and then you can let it go instead of going into that thought pattern again. I used to be a very 'heavy' thinker(overthinker) and this book is helping me so much tha…

I think you should DO more instead of thinking about it. Also when you are out meeting girls concentrate on doing it rather than thinking about how to do it. You probably won't do everything perfectly the first time you try it, making mistakes helps you learn faster :D (Whenever I find myself in a situation like yours I just start doing stuff and it feels like I'm learning super fast. By doing)

If you'd like to read another book: I can really recommend 'The power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle to you. It has helped me with a similar situation and has helped me find my inner peace and care less about my surroundings(so to speak).

I also think asking afterwards is better, you could suggest getting one right away.

I think it really depends on the conversations you've had with her and how much you feel connected to each other. But you could definitely ask her to grab a drink(even if you've just met her) and even if she isn't looking for a boyfriend(or w/e) you can still have a drink with her and be friends. I personally think that getting a drink afterwards is better than before.

Use kino and ask stuff about her, have conversations.(gradually of course because you don't want it to be awkward)

What if you're okay on your own? Is that the worst there is? Do whatever you feel like, if that means you're not going to have a LTR, then so be it..(If you do want a LTR but can't get yourself to bond or find 'the perfect woman' you might want to look into lowering your standards or looking at LTR guides in here)

GABA, ashwagandha extract, maca extract maybe even rhodiola extract and mucuna pruriens extract(for more dopamine). These are just some common supplements that help with anxiety/stress/feeling good. Edit: common to me and please google them if you are planning on using them.

I think you are whatever you want to be, and you should act that way. For example, if you normally slouch but want to stand up straight, by deciding you want to stand up straight you make that a part of the real you. So if you would continue to slouch while you want to stand up straight, that's when you aren't being yourself even though you haven't changed your posture. I think anyone can stay true to themselves during any change as long as they truly believe that that is what they really are. P…

I've had mostly positive reactions. Some people say stuff like "You never do that/this'', to which I respond with ''Well now I do'' and they leave it at that. There are even a few who specifically noticed my changed and said something about it, which is really nice because your change is getting acknowledged.

I get what you're saying: Reading stuff on seddit won't change anything, but to learn and change that you have to read stuff on seddit(this post). This post is meant for the people that read seddit all day and don't get anywhere, that's why it is posted in seddit. It also teaches you how to 'change your life' and get to a state where reading seddit will get you somewhere, hence the advice for people trying to get better by learning them to love themselves. I honestly think this is THE mindset! You want to improve yourself and get better at seduction or hang out with girls more comfortably. How are you going to do that if you cannot enjoy the journey, including falling and getting up. Thanks for grasping my ideal mindset :)

I'm in a similar situation right now, so I'm also curious for answers. I think I wouldn't say that you thought she was cute, because you might come over as too easy.. I'd say you had a nice talk or enjoyed her presence or something instead. But then again, I'm also still thinking about what to do.

Sorry If this is in a FAQ somewhere, but how do you properly talk to girls in a club, especially while dancing? Do you get close while dancing to say hi and start a conversation? It might be that the music is too loud in the clubs I go to, but I'm having a hard time conversating in clubs..
