The issue with brain damage stems from when you get clobbered by 300+ pound linemen, and even then it's not necessarily as bad as people think. A hit from a 90 pound 7 year old has very little force relatively speaking

What I don't get is if women are allowed to use the fact that they were drunk and didn't really want to have sex, couldn't a guy use the same argument? That he was drunk and his decision making was impaired. Maybe this has been brought up before, or there's something in the law about it, anyone know?

I sorta see the yes meaning no thing, if the person saying yes felt physically threatened or intimidated by the guy. But, I highly doubt this is how it gets enforced in most cases.

That's just a guess on his part. And the real question is how would it compare to the % of women who aren't actually the biological mother. Wouldn't it be the same? Edit: Naive guy here. I was thinking they weren't the dad she to a screw up at the hospital, not an unfaithful woman.

Really? I would never. Actually, my friends andi were talking about this the other day. One of my female friends said she'd rather be a dude, and all the guys in my group agreed that they would rather be a male.

Much less because she was a woman I don't think this is a good view to take. You shouldn't feel less sympathy for someone because they are a woman. Maybe you didn't feel as bad because they were feminist, that I agree with.
