No, he doesn’t! They will take his money and won’t do anything. It’s not a business issue requiring professional expertise. Working with mediators and family therapists will be more effective. At the end of the day, one thing must be remembered: no one cares about your personal drama, but everyone wants to put bread and butter on the table.

I could do that but the judge is still waiting on our financial to decide because we both have crypto disclosed and that adds complexity. The lawyers now are dragging the case because of that. Apparently when crypto is involved it’s considered a high profile case.

It’s only me on the lease since I have always been the sole contributor for all expenses. I’m not afraid of her. She can’t harm me. I’m more concerned for the kids. They don’t have to see any of that crap! The more they see the bigger chance to become trashy people when they grow up. If violence was the solution for progress we would have disappeared as species long time ago.

Unfortunately I can’t leave with the kids. I already had that conversation with my lawyer and he told me that might cause stressful environment for the kids and the judge might rule against me as being reckless.
