Alpha M, and all similar channels, exist to profit off the insecurity of teenagers and young men. Its gotten so much worse now too. They find a sponsor of some (usually) awful product, then think of any way they can rehash the same stuff they've said a million times before (wear clothes that fit! Workout! Have a skincare routine!
