I remember reading about one cases where a woman asked a date for sex, the man said no, she replied (in a text) back saying if he didn't fuck her she'll just say he did. She ended up charging him for rape and he just sat quietly in the court and when asked for his defense he showed the text and he was off. Like he should've been
