10	BBC News adds quotation marks to Sarah Jeong's "racist Tweets" and changes "racist" to "inflammatory". SOMEONE wasn't happy with the original article... These are not sarcastic air-quotes, they are literally quoting someone. In the UK you get headlines like 'Kidnap victim describes "horrifying" ordeal' because the victim used that specific word, not because they're belittling them. Equally, you should never get headlines like 'Kidnap victim describes horrifying ordeal' without the quotes, because it's too biased.
