Just say 'Let me show you a trick' and guide her own hand to her ear. Chances are if shes oblivious she doesn't know that you can do that, so you show her something cool to use in the future.

Weird tip I picked up DJing clubs for years.. if you use the hard inner 'flap' to cover your ear hole you can hear conversations easily in a club. You can maybe guide her hand to cover her own ear so its not creepy having you touch her ear hole, plus you make hand contact off the get go.
