Well I need to pay it forward, about a decade ago I was a little thing all green and new and I had other Journeymen teach me the trade. Part of being in the trade is training others and lifting them up, we are stronger when we worktogether. If I teach you, you will teach others, and they will teach, and our trade will be passed down generations and grow. It is the master and journeywoman's duty to take on apprentices to make the world a better place.
